The Tin Table is hidden away on the second floor of the Oddfellow's building. Upon entering you'll feel like you've just discovered a secret. Brick, tin and a wall full of champagne glasses are just some of the elements of the space.

"We were excited to have a romantic dinner Wednesday evening before proceeding to the Centrury Ballroom for salsa dancing. We were impressed that despite being late from Kitsap county the hostess saved our table. That was good. The server was a nice guy, but the scallop appetizer that cost $11.00 was paper thin and was a a complete joke. We paid good money for nothing. The main dish, I believe halbut was actually pretty good, for $18.96 the portion was small, but it was okay. For $8.00 a glass and we had 2 each -- there was only about an inch of wine. Would have been better off buying a bottle.Enjoyed the service, but there should have been a better explanation that the appetizer was next to nothing there. Not likely to return."

"and my beer was tasty...wasn't crazy about our appetizers and meals. The atmosphere is nice, great space and the service was super friendly. But if it's good food you're after, there are better places to eat in the neighborhood."

"The portions were much smaller than I have had in the past. We brought some new friends for the first time, the food was good, we just left hungry due to the small portion of the entrees."

"Something is afoot at the Tin Table, and not in a good way. My first visit here a few years ago was very memorable, mainly because the food was delicious. This time around the food tasted like it had been prepared the morning of and was microwaved before it was served. Very confusing, plus the flavors were boring. An entirely forgettable experience unfortunately."

"We love going to Tin Table just next to The Ballroom on Capital Hill. The food is consistently excellent and the service is wonderful. Great steak with shoestring frites with truffle salt."

"Four of us shared a great meal. One thing that stands out at TinTable is the inventive use of vegetables and grains as part of the main courses. Not an afterthought. The drinks were delicious, the OldFashionedOldFashioned was made for slow sipping. And of course the shoestring fries are addictive...we had to order another round. The AsparagrasNettle soup was outstanding. No room for dessert. Tin Table is such a wonderful part of the neighborhood. Plus you get to pick in at the dancing next door to Century Ballroom."

"Food was good, but not as good as previous visits. The steak frites usually comes with an arugula salad, but a boring, underdressed pile of lettuce was substituted with no explanation. The fries were really salty but that seems to be the case whenever I've had them. The steak was cooked very well. The avgolemono soup special was mediocre at best. And at 7pm and one of the specials was already sold out.
Three members of our party ordered burgers but the server kept mixing up which went to who. She was very friendly and accommodating but we ended up having to sort it out for her.
I've been to the Tin Table a number of times and consider it a favorite. While it wasn't a bad meal, it was easily the least satisfying experience I've ha"

"Nice atmosphere almost like a swanky uptown loft turned restaurant. Wine selection was great, plates were small but after finishing the 3 courses I was content. I would come back on a special occasion."

"One of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. The food is often outstanding, though portions are small. Cocktails are delightfully creative and delicious. I especially enjoy the atmosphere: it's elegant and classy. Loved the panna cotta with rhubarb compote."

"This is very expensive for what you get, at least food-wise. An entree is in the neighborhood of $17, and you only get a very, very small plate. Drinks are $9 or $10, so about average. Food is decent, not bad nor amazing."

"One of our most favorite Seattle restaurants. The Tin Table is GREAT for a big group. The room in the back is intimate and cozy. The food is outstanding. The location is good and if you have trouble finding a parking space there is a big lot behind the Broadway Performance Hall a block away. Love the Floozie Burger and Frites!"

"The Tin Table offers really exeptional food and given their pricing, they are a wonderful value. It is difficult to find this level of cuisine at such a fair price. We love the fact that it is in the Century Ballroom- in a way it is quirky but with wonderful ambience. The cocktails are outstanding!!! Truly memorable, with unique, beautifully prepared cocktails. The bar tender came out and discussed possibilities with us on our first trip there, and though I don't like gin, he suggested a gin based coctail, that was incredible!"

"Food and service was excellent. I LOVED the kale dip! And wine was delicious, wish we would have ordered the bottle instead of just a glass! My only complaint would be that the portions of food are incredibly small for the price you pay. I left the restaurant still hungry."

"This was my first visit to the Tin Table for a birthday dinner for 8. The restaurant was great and accomodating. When I requested a quiet area so that we could all have a conversation within our large group, they put us in the back room which we had to ourselves for much of the dinner. Great food--the cod and truffle fries were delicious! But we did all feel the price was a bit high for such little food. Most of us left a bit hungry. Service was great and our waiter was very helpful and friendly."

"The dinner was quite good. The food was flavorful and delicious. The service was a little slow but adequate. The setting in the main dining room is really nice. It's a small place but worth a try."
