Silver, a new restaurant, bar and lounge on Main Street in Park City, fuses the excitement and experience of a New York club with the flair and fine cuisine of a top European restaurant. The tasty Modern American cuisine has a French-Italian twist that appeals to all palates. Silver's wine cellar swells with over 3,000 bottles of fine wines and the sophisticated lounge gets lively with a DJ on the weekends.
"Wonderful evening in every way. Dinner was very special as was the service. A large party of about 20 people seated near us was really the only down side. They were well behaved, but with that may people talking to each other it was somewhat distracting."

"I went to Silver with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. She is a picky eater and doesn't like to try new things very much, but she really liked this restaurant!! The service was very good, people were really friendly, and the food was great. The whole environment of the restaurant, including its location, were excellent. Oh, and we had a pleasant surprise when our check came because they were having a 2-entree deal where the second entree was only $2, which would be donated to charity. Highly recommend the place!"

"I'm a local in Park City, and I truly appreciate Silver! It has a great bar upstairs if you're looking for a quick drink, as well as great accommodations for a date, or a large group. As a self proclaimed foodie and some-day restaurant owner, I'd call this one of Park City's top picks."

"We had high expectations for the place. The restaraunt is beautiful but the food was not as good as we thought it would be. Everything was fine, no complaints, just not "wow"."

"The food was excellent as was the service. Although expensive, it is one of the top fine dining restaurants in Park City, and is no more expensive than the other choices."

"The food was truly outstanding. Each dish we tried had a sophisticated and subtle unique nuance. Service was also perfect. As a couple sawhorses dine 30 plus evenings per year in Park City, we found Silver difficult to beat."

"Everything was delicious, loved the ono crudo, pear salad, and risotto. Silver's has the best smores dessert we've ever tried. The only thing we weren't crazy about was the pomegranate fried brussels sprouts. Not as well cooked/prepared as everything else was."

"Food was great. Service was just adequate. In particular, we had to wait for our table. We showed up 5 minutes after our reservation time of 8:15pm and we were not seated until 8:40pm. That would be OK if the reception/front desk woman recognized and apologized for the table not being ready.... the fact that we had to wait was less of an issue than the arrogant tone that we felt .... A basic recognition that we had to wait with a simple apology goes a long way.
The waiter was great."

"Great evening, delicious food. My only critique is that they cranked the volume of the music up at 10:15pm...I guess trying to clear out the dining room and send everyone to the bar upstairs?"

"Silver was phenomenal dining experience. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is equal. Though the time between courses was a bit long, our server was attentive and we had plenty to talk about after a day of skiing at nearby Canyons. I had the venison spare ribs for an appetizer. Slow cooked for three days they were tender and the sauce spicy. The mushroom soup was flavorful and creamy. I had the seared monkfish. Monkfish is known for its lobster like quality and this fish did not disappoint. It was in a light sauce with little tomatoes. The Brussels sprouts with pomegranate are not to be missed. Finally the crepes Suzette dessert brings the evening to a resounding close."

"We were sat 30min late for our reservation, but the hostess was nice enough to have an app sent out right away, free of charge, which was a nice way to re-gain our "good graces". Otherwise our server was very good, and the food was good as well. The scallops and Pork were both great choices. The pasta was a bit lacking on the flavor. I rated the ambiance as fair, because it was over-run with a very loud group of older ladies next to us and then a large party that was very loud. Otherwise, it was a nice space."

"Restaurant overall was good. Some very delightful, excellent dishes: artichokes, cassoulet and Utah trout. Two unappealing plates were the octopus which was excessively salted and the monkfish which was undercooked.
Service was friendly, caring and excellent until the restaurant filled up and the attention declined."

"Pretty restaurant but the food just missed. Descriptions on the menu were "generous" and when the food actually came out it was disappointing. Mediterranean bass tasted more like an overcooked trout, on a bed of rock hard lentils. Scallops were mediocre with a forgettable sauce and side. Beet salad was overdressed with few beets, mostly arugula swimming in a creamy dressing."

"The server and her assistant were the best part of the evening! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The worst part was the lack of welcome and rude, distracted attitude by the 3 persons behind the hostess station. Almost every table had a pile of coats sitting next to them. I had also mentioned it was our wedding anniversary and it was not recognized."

"Nice to have a hip, trendy restaurant on Main Street. The rustic metal chains still feel like you're in park city, but the amazing cocktails and creative courses add flair that Park City is missing. Will defintely go back!"

"If you like good food - don't go to Silver. If you want to go to a "hot spot" - then sure. Waiter was more like George Carlin coming off a bad acid trip then someone who cared about giving good service. Food was OK - but nothing at all special. There were five of us. The goat cheese Flan was good as was the rabbit cassoulet. The parpadelle - so, so. The burger and sliver of foie gras was poor. Not a culinary destination. Go only if you want a hopping place to get some very expensive grub."

"We tried Silver because we weren't very impressed by the menu's at some of the other notable restaurants in Park City, and I'm so glad we did. We were sitting in the lower level dining room, a small table kind of off by itself next to a funky fire place. I think it's possibly the most romantic table in the restaurant. The cocktail list was creative, , I enjoyed the missing foundation. For appetizers, we had the cassoulet and the venison spare ribs. I thought the cassoulet was amazing, very hearty and filling probably could have had just that as an entree. The ribs were also good and probably worth trying. I don't normally order burgers, but this one made with foie gras seemed worth the try, and it was!"

"This was the second time we've dined here, and both times the food has been awesome. Our waiter was kind of a "dude", so he was slow, but it wasn't so bad as to be a deal breaker. The room is lively but you can still carry on a conversation without yelling."

"We arrived early 5:45pm to eat. We just flew in to Utah from NY and were humgry. We were the only people in the restaurant and they seated us at the top of astairway where people consistently passed by and we listened to others go up the other staircase over head. Was very disappointed that we were seated in questionable seats when there was NOONE there. The food was good and somewhat ecclectic. We enjoyed the meal but still left discussing the interesting seating assignment."

"Outstanding, innovative menu. From specialty pasta, to delicious pork shank, to tempting apps like authentic cassolet and delicious sides it was a perfect dining experience for our party of eight. Only problem, we were upstairs and the speakers are not very good. Irritable, tinny, and way too loud! We asked to turn it down and the family of 7 in the corner said thank goodness. It was still very hard to hear. Would have been much better with no music upstairs. There is a lot of glass surfaces which are beautiful, but not conducive to music. Service was excellent. Definitely will go back"

"I appreciate expeditious service. But I've never been rushed harder through a meal than at Silver. We were pushed to order quickly upon our arrival. Our first course arrived before our drinks, and the second course followed before we finished our first course. We were being pushed to order dessert less than 30 minutes after arriving. I appreciate the restaurant's desire to turn tables, but they treated us like we were customers at McDonalds."

"We've lived in Park City for 3 years and we've gone to all the fine dining places several times each--we must say this is one of the nicest meals we've had in Park City. Everything was just right. The manager even ran across the street to get me a special sweetener for my coffee. This place really tries to take care of it's customers."

"We had a family dinner after skiing and everyone (kids + adults) loved what they had. It is not cheap but Park City is not known for cheap - you get what you pay for! All in all, I look forward to going back next year when we ski. Silver is an exceptional restaurant in a very good restaurant town. It is right up there with some of the better establishments in Chicago - an incredible restaurant town."

"We were looking for a steak place but those in Park City did not have great reviews. Picked food quality over steak and our expectations were far surpassed at Silver. Had a Zabuton steak that was unlike anything I had had before except maybe Kobe beef! Overall and outstanding foodie experience."

"Forgot that we were in Park City during President's weekend. All the restaurants we were familiar with were booked, so Silver as a bit of a second choice. But after dinner, we all agreed Silver would be our first choice when we're back. Every meal was excellent (who knew smoked parsnips were so delicious?), and the staff was professional and attentive. This restaurant is highly recommended."
