Oak & Vine at Springside
Oak & Vine at The Springside Inn is a modern gastro-pub located in the heart of the Finger Lakes, just a stone's throw from Owasco Lake and The Merry-Go-Round Theater. Our CIA trained chefs offers an array of American cuisine featuring delicious burgers, creative specials, locally-sourced organic produce from Happy Bee Farms. Seasonal-menu offerings range from creative pizzas, vegetarian and gluten-free options, to our hoisin-marinated bone-in pork chop and sashimi-grade tuna club sandwich. Off-menu we emphasize fresh fish and regionally-sourced beef. The restaurant provides private dining, casual pub-seating, and outdoor tables overlooking The Springside's Gazebo Gardens. Our knowledgeable staff strives to create a vibrant, neighborly atmosphere, so come enjoy our inspired fare, our extensive selection of craft beers, and our Wednesday-night live music!

"My husband and I stayed at the Springside Inn for our Anniversary and ate at the Oak and Vine which was conveniently located right downstairs. We were not sure what to expect but we were amazingly pleased at the variety (I am picky) of the menu and the cost was reasonable. The food was OUTSTANDING! The service from Matt, our waiter was excellent and the cooks accommodated my every request. The atmosphere is pub feeling but with some old charm class. I love the fact that everyone makes you feel like family.This is a restaurant worth dining at. Come hungry, you get a lot of food for what you pay! Ask for Joselyn, she'll make sure you have everything you need! Thank you Oak and Vine for a memorable Anniversary!"

"Everything about both the restaurant and the Inn itself was a 10. The place exceeded our expectations on all counts. The food was great, the room was great, the staff was both personable and competent, major selection of wine and beer. Even the owners were a great visit. Now we know why the restaurant is so busy most evenings - because it should be."

"The food was amazing , a little pricey but well worth it. Other choices that would have been less but we splurged on specials. Had not been there since we had our wedding there in 2004 , room had been very nicely remodled. We will be back"

"A couple of opportunities that I noticed:
1. Our table was very, very 'wobbly'. I would expect that all tables be rigid to avoid accidently spilling items from the table. This was an inconvenience
2. I made the reservation on line and received a confirmation back that my request was confirmed. However upon arrival I was not assigned a table. This caused tension as I got the feeling that my 'on-line' reservation was back seat to 'call-in' reservations. If the restaurant was full I got the feel that I would have had to wait past my reservation time due to the on-line booking not being reviewed with phone in bookings causing over-booking leaving the on-line reservation to be left out. Need improvement to assure on-line equals phone-in."
