"Boka is a great place to meet for lunch with clients. I entertained three clients there and the ambience is perfect. All my clients enjoyed their meals immensely. Good, attentive service. Overall prices for lunch were quite reasonable too. I will be back with clients again very soon."

"Can't say enough good things about this place. 1. We were late ---VERY late. They were gracious and took care of us anyway. 2. We were in a hurry to make an event. We communicated this, we had 40 minutes total to eat (our fault for being late) --they had our food OUT in 15 minutes!!! 3. Everything was superb! Plus we made our event with a few minutes to spare."

"First time at this restaurant. We went for the Mother's Day Brunch. The food was excellent. Don't think they had enough staff because we waited over half an hour for our order to be taken, and then another half an hour for our food to arrive. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend."

"BOKA Restaurant and Bar was a great place to eat local food for the Pacific Northwest. The restaurant had a nice ambiance, very friendly and attentive service. I would reserve a private booth for a romantic dinner, or request a back table if I want to 'see and be seen'.
Don't miss the french fries and be sure to ask about the special of the day."

"Very nice food and perfect for lunch, drinks or dinner before or after the ferry. Groups that include anyone with a hearing impairment -- and that is about 25% of younger groups and probably 80% of older groups -- really appreciate a quieter space and Boka has it, even in the bar at happy hour. I have been in twice in the last week and had a great experience both times -- and actually have been able to hear my dining/drinking companions! Wow. In addition Boca offered really interesting food well that was prepared and beautifully presented, and has a menu that accommodates vegans and any other dietary restriction without having to go to settle for the same old lowest common denominator. Great happy hour wine and drinks! We'll be back."

"Love Boka. Never tire of it. Yes the HH is great and fun. But the dinner menu is always outstanding - the moist - cooked to perfection - swordfish, this night, was a revelation.
Stuck in traffic and got there late - with 55 minutes to have dinner. We were checked out and ready to go in 53 minutes. Everything delivered readily but without rush."

"We were seated late, even though we arrived early. Our waitress never actually helped us-the management did. I actually left hungry after ordering from the lunch menu, which I find unusual. I've eaten at Boka many times--definitely this was the worst visit I've had."

"Our waiter Daniel was exceptional. The food was very tasty and everything came with a very nice presentation, although for big appetites the portions were not generous. For our group the portions were just right. The timing of of the appetizer and the entrée serving was perfect. The location was great for us as well. Love that they have valet parking."

"I had talked my Husband and son (17 years old) into going to Brunch and we had great food and a wonderful experience, loved it!! I usally go to BOKA for a business lunch so was very pleasantly surprised and delighted with the Brunch/Breakfast food. After 10:00am you could order a burger and so that is what my son had, everyone got what they wanted!!"

"Review for breakfast, dinner and dessert: Dined here on three different occasions while staying in Seattle. Delicious food for every meal and very attentive service. Our party of three had different selections each time and all were exceptional. Reservations are suggested for dinner. Try it, you won't be disappointed."

"We tried the bar at BOKA before and were facinated by the unique cocktail list, but sadly we missed the happy hour. This trip we decided to have cocktails and dinner at BOKA and were not disappointed. The cocktail menu featured some drinks using local products and traditional drinks can be kicked up a notch with premium liquor. The happy hour menu, which is designed for sharing, had items that aren't usually "bar food" like truffle fries, Vietnamese short ribs, and perfectly seared scallops. The truffle fries are to die for and rival/exceed those at Canlis. The dinner menu features seafood as well as other entree choices. I liked the shrimp on grits with tasso sauce. The BOKA salad with tart cherries was very good. Can't wait to go back!"

"Not quite up to the 5 stars we had read about before booking the reservation. The valet greeting us was wonderful, and even gave the ladies each a rose! Our waitress was wonderful, fun and attentive. The ahi poke appetizer was yummy. The fried chicken entree had less meat and less taste than KFC, unfortunately. (btw, "pureed russet" = mashed potato) The swordfish entree was well prepared. Decent wine selection. A pleasant experience overall, but more like 4 stars..."

"Lovely dinner with great service. The steak was some of the best I've ever had in my life. Nice innovative cocktails that were yummy. The kale appetizer was fabulous, too. There was some grit in my prawn so they comped our drinks which I thought was fair. The taste of the prawn was excellent and cooked perfectly just a pity about the sand. Sometimes that happens, right? I'll go back and try it again for sure."

"My husband and I went to Sunday brunch here. The service was amazing. We are Foodies and were very impressed with their food. Good flavors, simple dishes. Prices were lower than we expected. I also loved the atmosphere. It was very hip and modern, quiet. We can't wait to go back again. Highly recommend!"

"Good ambience our group could talk comfortably so not a noisy place. Food was really good. Truffle fries are awesome as a starter. Skirt steak and cioppino was terrific. I would recommend overall as a great place to have tasty food with your group."

"Started off rough when our table wasn't ready for our reservation and we weren't given a booth as we indicated five minutes before when asked. Quickly forgotten as the manager came personally to give a free appetizer and issue her apologies. Great after that. Wonderful food and drinks. Would definitely recommend."
