Copper Canyon is the official restaurant of the Blue Bay Inn. Offering incredible southwestern cuisine and a tequila bar like no other, this award winning venue is most famously known for its pasilla pepper steak, crab cakes, and signature margaritas!
A 2011 James Beard nominee, chef and owner, Michael Krikorian keeps things fresh and creative with amazing flavors in every dish.
A superior tequila bar with over 150 tequilas also allows for unique flights and tequila tastings regularly.
Tequila Dinners are a great way to try both the incredible food and some fine tequilas specifically paired with one another.
Still no sign on the door, 14 years later, Copper Canyon has built and maintained this business by word of mouth. Only horseshoes on the doors let you know that you have arrived at the one and only Copper Canyon.
"Our party of 6 included our 4 year old son. While well-behaved - he is still 4 and needs to be entertained constantly!! Tony - our waiter - was INCREDIBLE. He checked on our son - BY NAME - several times and engaged him in conversation (which our son LOVED). 3 in our party had the steak - and of course - weren't dissapointed at all!! Our very picky 4 year old LOVED the lamb chops and chips & salsa. We also had a member of our party who is about to begin intense chemotherapy/radiation. Though his appetite has not been at its best - he devoured 8 lamb chops, chips & salsa, a bacon taco and 2 glasses of wine. We were really happy about that. Thank you to the staff (especially Tony) for making our evening wonderful!! We'll be back soon"

"Service was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Food was creative and well presented and a few dishes were exceptionally spicy. It would help immensely to have some sort of code on the menu to give advance notice of spiciness. Don't even think of looking for the restaurant, look for the Blue Bay Inn, the restaurant is hidden inside. In the old days places like this were called noisy, now they are known as high energy. Keeps the seniors out."

"We will never go here again & will tell our friends never to go here again. With many restaurants struggling these days, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. While the food is good, it's not spectacular, and the 2 hour dining limit is ridiculous. When I made the reservation the emailed confirmation said we get the table for 2 hours. Well they really meant it, to the minute. We had drinks and appetizers pretty quickly, then waited 30 minutes for our entrees which arrived at 8:15. At precisely 8:30 the waiter came and put the bill on the table, without asking if we wanted coffee/dessert. We complained to him, then the manager who basically blew us off and said we could go to the lounge for dessert. They obviously don't need our business."

"Food was excellent. Helpful server. A little pricey, but worth it. Only (minor) negative - my wife ordered a VO on the rocks and was advised that they didn't carry it as it was a "tequila bar". A bar with no rye??"

"You know when you discover a restaurant you really love, there's that little dread that someday it will go downhill. Last night was the first such death knell for us and C.C. We've gone there a couple of years now, and they consistently had, bar-none, the BEST crab cake in the WORLD, almost all lump crab with just a breaded crust on top. And when Lindsay ran the dining room, her personality alone made everything sparkle; too bad she left a while ago. This time the service was bad, the food took WAY too long, and worst of all THEY CHANGED THE CRAB CAKE! If you hadn't had the previous version, you'd likely still be pleased, but it seems about 33% of the crab was replaced with breading. Now we're not sure we'll return to C.C. :-("
