"The staff there need a training in hospitality! We try to leave something for one guest at the front desk and he say (without any smile or expression) "you have to talk to the concierge", the concierge doesn't have the room number so I had to go back to the front desk. After a few minutes going up and down. We walk to the restaurant, it was empty so we ask if its open, and he say yes, I ask to sit outside (ocean view) and he say , "it's not possible , it's very windy". I ask, "but it's open?", "yes", he made a face like I was asking something unreal.. I walk outside and he drop the menus. The calamari were ok, but the steak (we ordered medium) was burnt. At the end we talked to the manager, he apologiesed and offer a dessert. Bad experience"
