The Cellar's presentation of 75 deliciously unique wines - available by the bottle, glass or tasting flight - is based on our "user-friendly" classification guide, which classifies each wine by its flavors and weight. "I was just passing through Corning and found The Cellar on OpenTable. I was traveling alone and decided to sit in the dining room since the bar was full. I ordered a salad and an entree. I waited 40 minutes for the salad to arrive. I was very hungry at this point as there was no bread or anything else offered during the long wait. I also thought the long wait was especially inconsiderate since I was dining alone. Other tables seemed to be getting more attention that I was. On the positive side, I thought the food was delicious. However I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you plan to sit and wait awhile."

"The food was very good although small portions for the price. There was a sign in the front of the restaurant advertising buy one tapas get one free which we thought applied however after we received the bill and questioned being charged for both tapas ordered, we were told that was only a special in the bar/lounge? The sign did not indicate that and so we felt a bit mislead."
