Trillium is a chic, lively, urban restaurant from Chef/Owner Ryan Leinonen that features eclectic cuisine rooted in the American and Scandinavian culinary tradition.
"I went to Trillium the other night with co-workers and other business associates and we all had a wonderful time. The ambiance is great, the food was wonderful and the service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend Trillium and hope to be back soon!"

"Knowledgable and friendly staff. Great service and delicious food! Desserts were fantastic! As a large group we were able to try almost everything on the small plates and dessert menu. Surprising combinations that we really loved--for example the carrot custard. I'm still craving the deep dish sugar cookie today!"

"We have visited Trillium three times for dinner and have never had anything but fantastic meals. Our latest visit occurred during a Rockies night game which filled the neighborhood with people. Other than the expected parking challenge, we had a great experience among the crowds. (Get a reservations if there's a Rockies game!) The food was creative and delicious. Our party of 4 was prompted to take take bites from each others plates to share the glorious tastes."

"Excellent service - very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive staff.
Great food - I had the cured beef tenderloin to start and the open ravioli with prawns as my entree. Very unique, deconstructed take. Less impressed with dessert but will still absolutely be going back."

"The food was great! Creative a with well thought out flavor profiles. I had a few of the smorgasbord. The air cured beef tenderloin was absolutely wonder and the mustard side is brought this home as my favorite. My husband had the New York and it came cooked perfectly medium rare. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. A very good dining experience."

"Ive' been wanting to try Trillium since 5280 put out their "TOP 25 RESTAURANTS" edition last year. We arrived and our server was really nice and attentive, however, the cocktails took an extraordinarily long time to arrive at the table. The restaurant was close to empty when we arrived so I couldn't see the bartender being too busy. The lounge area in the front of the restaurant is very European; big couches, little cocktail tables, etc. It invites you to sit, stay a while, unfortunately the sterile feel of the restaurant does not have same same inviting flavour. Our dinner was good but not great. I was not impressed with Trillium. I believe the food was good but if a few minor details were changed, this could be a stellar restaurant."

"The service was excellent, attentive and responsive. The food was good with a few standouts. The beet salad was amazing but the steak was just okay. The restaurant looks good but it is very loud and difficult to talk during dinner."

"It's been more than a few years since I've been out for fine dining. Trillium was the perfect place for a return to the excellent dining Denver has to offer. I like that they offer tapas size portions along with appetizers and the main meal. It allowed us an opportunity to sample many different flavors while not leaving uncomfortably full. The portions are ample enough. The restaurant has a good energy about it and wasn't too loud for conversation at out table. The service was attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious!!!! Crisp, flavorful, bright, and fresh are the immediate words that I'd use to describe the dishes. A great way to return to the fine dining in Denver. Thanks for a lovely evening Trillium!!!!"

"Great! Great service, even better food. Main dishes look delish! But I and your taste buds will concur after, spend your money on multiple small plates and Smorgasbord/Tapas plates, no regrets I promise. Although heard that steak is tops, but...I stll rather try 4 new dishes to one."

"Tables are chairs have a cafeteria-ness to them that doesn't match the urban sleek vibe of the space, and the bar area in particular. Service was so-so: one ordered item was forgotten and the server did not provide enough guidance. Food was good overall, but portions were much larger than expected, even though we specifically asked how big the portions were so we could decide how many plates to order, thus leading us to over order food."

"My sweetie and I finally made our way to Trillium, as I'd been wanting to check this place out for months. We had a great experience--the food and flavors are so fresh and interesting. As an admitted foodie I have high expectations when I go out and Trillium absolutely met them!"

"The beet salad was not only delicious, but interesting to look at. The goat cheese ice cream that topped the salad was a hit. Loved the chic Scandinavian decor. The pillows and crisp linens made me feel like I was in Europe."

"My husband and I tried Trillium during Restaurant Week and loved it! We took our foodie friends back so they could experience this restaurant and they were similarly impressed. The food is unique and perfectly prepared. Our server was knowledgeable and timed our courses so that we had just enough time in between each course. We never felt rushed, nor did we feel like the kitchen was backed up. Boompa's Swedish Pancakes are a "must order" for dessert! Trillium has definitely been added into our rotation of favorite restaurants!"

"Unique and tasty. Wouldn't change a thing. Also loved that they had several wines you could order by the half glass for exactly half the cost of a full glass rather than marking it up. Was tempted by the cocktail flight too. I'd definitely go back."

"Our server recommended a coctail (Root of All Evil) and it was amazing - earthy, spicy, sweet; and the perfect start to our meal! Everything that followed was even more delicious, especially the foie gras mousse and the blue prawn ravioli. We are going back next week with our out-of-town guests."

"All the hard surfaces make this a very, very loud venue. It was beyond "energetic" but you didn't give me another selection, it was outrageously loud and chaotic, making it impossible for a table for 4 to have a reasonable conversation. The food was good (not great) but the service was outstanding. We will not be going back because we usually like to have a conversation while dining."

"Three of us took advantage of the 5280 deal at Trillium and were most pleased with the food choices, service and experience of the evening. Really a great find, one we'll return to in the near future. Parking is a bit of a nuisance but worth scouting around for a spot. Enjoyed the imaginative and tasty creations. A winner."

"We came for 5280 with a large group of us that had never dined here before. We all agreed that the food was delicious. In addition to the set menu, we ordered 3 other small plates including the foie gras which was excellent. The server's recommendations were spot-on including the cauliflower soup and the dessert pancakes. The service was good, but there was detectable disenchantment with 5280 week menu diners. Over all, we all had a wonderful time."
