"Brunch was just okay. The hot food was NOT hot, tepid at best. The omelet bar was limited on ingredients. I was a bit taken aback by the "make your own Bloody Mary". For the price of the brunch, I should have had my Bloody Mary made for me. I was told the bartender would do it, but the bartender left when I walked up to the bar and didn't come back. Our waitress was very good. She was prompt, courteous and very friendly. I have eaten dinner here more than a few times and had my fiftieth dinner party here with FABULOUS results. I will go back for dinner, but would have to really think about going back for another brunch."

"Had a great brunch with my wife on Mother's Day. Food on buffet was always fresh, hot and great tasting. Certainly one of the better spots in Manhattan for brunch. Need to go back for dinner."

"We have eaten here several times in previous trips to Manhattan and enjoyed our experience very much. On this last outing, four of us had their halibut special which was so overcooked that the halibut was hard and the mushrooms in the sauce were without form--and the dish had little taste.
An experience bad enough to give me second thoughts of going again."

"Great find! The drinks were outstanding. My only other comment is that there weren't many healthy and/or vegetarian options; but, the staff was happy to make accomodations. It just makes it a hassle to have to pick through the menu and try to decide what to ask the wait staff about--and causes them to spend extra time explaining which menu items meet the criteria. Many restaurants either have a separate menu or put notations next to items on the menu that denote vegetarian, gluten-free, and low calorie/low fat options--this is my only recommendation to make a great place better!"

"My wife went to Della Voce for dinner on a Friday night. We arrived at 6:00pm and there were not very many guests. We were promptly seated and we were offered water. After a few minutes, the server took our order. I ordered the Double Cut Harvest Pork Chop which was excellent and my wife ordered the Shrimp Alfredo. She was pleased with that too. We both had Raspberry Lemonade Spritzers and were disappointed in the lack of raspberry but overall the drink was good. We didn't feel rushed and the atmosphere was excellent."

"First off I want to say the food was excellent. I was disappointed with the service, we were seated in a table farthest away from the main dining area closest to the front door when dinners coming in a few minutes after us were seated in the main dining area. Our waitstaff had our table and tables in the main dining area We felt like we were the forgotten table. We were served our bread and appetizer and the plates cleared than nothing we waited and waited then finally the owner served us our main course. I really think the waitress forgot to turn our dinner order in. Never once were we asked how our meal was or if we needed anything else."

"We enjoyed amazing food and outstanding service on this, our first visit. Little touches such a choice of ice water or sparkling water, crumb removal between courses and cloth finger towels in the washroom made me feel as if I'd chosen an extra special place for our meal. One person in our party eats gluten-free. Our server offered up some suggestions and made a point of asking the chef for more possibilities to maximize the choices.
The food was of outstanding quality and generous portions. I recommend the macaroni and cheese; it sounds like a pedestrian choice, but with smoked bacon and several cheeses it is amazing!
Only disappointment was the noise level...too much for my taste."

"My sisters and I took our mother to Della Voce for her 70th birthday dinner. We had a wonderful time with great service, a nice quiet atmosphere, and exceptional food. I had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back!"

"My wife and I went for Valentine's Day dinner. I'm not sure if the seating arrangment was normal, but it seemed almost like we were dining with the people at the table next to us, instead of a romantic dinner for two. It almost seemed like too many seats were set for the night. Other than that, the food was great, the service was great, and the overall experience was something I would be willing to do again."

"Not a Italian Restaurant not sure why it is listed as Italian. The food was ok not great we are new to the area so I used this site to find a nice Italian Restaurant which this is not. Service was just ok. We travel all over the US and enjoy trying new restraunts but this is not on any list that I would return to.
We had the Bruschetta which was not very good then we had the salad which was not good my husband ordered the Spaghetti figuring you cant go wrong with that. Wrong was not good at all I would not recommend this restaurant at all.
Dont mind paying higher prices for good food but not in this case."

"We were very unhappy with the experience. It was a very high end menu, but the food was not good. Specifically - do not get the chicken marsala. It has a very strange taste - several people ordered it and could not finish it. Also - the service was slow."

"My girlfriend and I have been here twice now. It is a great little restaurant. The prices are higher so we don't go very often, but it is entirely possible to split a meal and be happy. In the evening they often have a live Jazz band that plays. My only complaint is that the sax in the band was a little loud, though it did help to drown out the people around us."

"This restaurant is accommodating, with pleasant atmosphere and nice background music, while you can also see a basketball game at the bar. The wine list is thorough, without being fussy, and the menu offers a number of Italian favorites as well as a variety of familiar dishes. Service is attentive and friendly. I recommend it and will return!"
