"I took a client to breakfast at this conference hotel restaurant. The service was great and I was seated, even though my appointment was running a little behind. The staff was happy to wait for everyone to arrive. The breakfast food was outstanding and the service expceptional. I would highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast and it is a great place for a business meal."

"Went expecting brunch food, but they only had breakfast stuff. Not really worth the $32, although juice&coffee were included. If it were $18, I might recommend. There was an omelet station, and they made excellent poached eggs in the back after I asked. Otherwise, A good place for cocktails while waiting for a show."

"Four of us dined at Crossroads at my recommendation since I had dined with you before. We were expecting to have the lunch buffet which was mentioned on your website and was very disappointed that unlike stated online it was not offered. Also construction work was taking place during our lunch and the noise from an electric drill or saw made it difficult to talk. The lunch we did have was good as was the service but overall our experience was a disappointment."

"My wife and I had a pre-theatre dinner. The food and wine were excellent. The waiter was attentive and friendly and added to our enjoyment of our first visit to this venue."

"A bit skimpy for a buffet brunch as I was expecting carved meats but there was none especially for Easter Sunday. I guess you are paying for the location."

"so disappointed. in great location near theaters on broadway and 45th street. we would rather walk further than ever eat at crossroads again. service was slow or missing in action. needed to address the manager about the poor service and then our waitress had a "bad attitude" for the rest of our dining time."

"The fried calamari appetizer was very good and the fried zucchini appetizer was excellent. The turkey BLT was overflowing and well received. My chicken caesar salad was just okay..too much pesto on the grilled chicken. Our service at the beginning of our meal was good and attentive, then our waitress disappeared. The table next to us with a larger group had a different waiter and we were jealous. So, I know they can have excellent service, we just didn't have it."

"Service is poor. Ordered appetizer that never arrived and a drink I had to ask 3 times before it arrived. Never offered desert or coffee and I had to get up and flag the server to get the check. The only good thing going for this place is the location right in T/S very convenient. If I was not meeting anyone, I would have definitely picked another restaurant"

"We had an excellent experience for Brunch. It was a really cold day in the city and the line for the Brunch was quite long. Because we had made reservations we did not have to wait in the line as our table was waiting and we were ushered right in. The restaurant was right across the street from convenient parking as well as the play Annie that we were going to see."
