"The food was great, as always. Ambience gets a low rating on this review due to being seated across from the server station at the bar. There was way too much activity to make the meal truly enjoyable. I find this a little disturbing as I made reservations a week in advance."

"The low cal menu is terrific! I hope this restaurant is here to stay. Jacksonville isn't known for a population interested in elegant, healthy eating.
Derek V provided excellent service as did the food runners. I am known for the "invisible" diet coke glass. Most servers will serve me a diet coke and conveniently not offer refills unless I ask. I shouldn't have to ask, especially when the meal hasn't arrived and my glass is empty. Servers don't want to spend the time refilling my glass, I assume, because it's not a premium beverage (alcohol). I never had to ask Derek for refills. A huge plus in my book."

"This dinner was really off from the moment we walked in. We had asked for a nice table in which to celebrate our friends' anniversary, but were seated in the bar area. We changed tables, as the restaurant was not crowded; however, all four of our dinners were not very tasty, and the service was scanty. It was not worth the $180 bill for four people."

"Although I made reservations through Open Table, we were still kept waiting for a table for almost 20 minutes. I had requested wheel chair accommodations under special request, but receptionist was unaware of my request. Table service was prompt and courteous. Food was served promptly, and was hot and good. Ambiance was nice, but noisy almost to the point of being difficult to converse across the table. Prices were reasonable for this type of restaurant. Will return again."

"I and three friends came here for the first time for a birthday celebration. The experience was delightful from start to finish. The ambience is warm and cozy - including a beautiful bar area, special dining rooms, subdued lighting, dark woods, and a distinctive fireplace that greeted us as we entered. Our hostess helped our group select a wine from a new vintner, which was superb. We each ordered a different dish, and were delighted with our choices. Then came the most delectable "mini-desserts" - selections that were brought to our table on a tiered, Lazy Susan - perfectly sized for one person. Coffee and expressos ended our feast. The service was flawless, and included some extra items to make our celebration complete. We will return!"

"We had been really excited and wanting to visit Seasons 52 for close to a year. My sister and her husband drove up from Tampa and a couple from Jax also joined us. The waiter was fairly attentive for stretches but would be absent for longer periods. The waiter Jeff, constantly made snarky comments about our food choices or drinks. He said to my friends wife, "wow, you evaporated that drink" she still had over half inside the shaker left on the table. Two of us had filets and they were awesome cuts of meat, the rest of the meals were forgettable. Definitely not what you would expect from a $100 dinner. The over all experience was just ruined by the gaps in service and average food. Dislike writing bad reviews but it was our experience."

"I live in Brunswick GA and wanted to take my Dad somewhere new for an early Father's Day treat. I have wanted to try Season's 52 for months. I am very impressed with how EASY it is to make a reservation. The staff was very friendly. I made a reservation and arrived early. The hostess was very nice and sent us to the bar, the bartender was very nice and we ordered some flatbreads from him that was excellent. Our server, Ben did and excellent job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I had my Dad, Stepmom and a friend with us and we were all very pleased with our experience. I love how CLEAN the menu is, I will return on my next trip to Jacksonville. This is a well-managed facility."

"This was our first visit to Seasons 52. We are already talking about going back.
We arrived a little early for our reservation, were met by a very nice staff and shown to our table immediately.
Our server was fantastic. He gave us a very good overview of the restaurant's menu for that week.
The inside of the restaurant is beautiful.
The food! Flatbread is a must for an appetizer
I tried the Veal Porterhouse. It was great. Cooked to perfection.
Everything is fresh and seasoned perfectly.
Great wine list. We tried one of their recommendations and loved it.
This was a new dining experience and can't wait to get back.

"Took my mother here for Mother's Day. She had the grouper and said this place prepares the best fish she has ever had. I am not a fish person so I just had the salad. It was definitely good but I have had better salads, of course my palate is not as refined as some. I would say if you like fresh food well prepared this is the place to go. It is a very enjoyable experience with a very pleasant atmosphere, a delectable presentation, and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive (extremely important to me given that some restaurants in that area have terrible service)."

"We went to Season's 52 to celebrate Mother's Day( a little late). We have been there before and they have not disappointed in any category. The valet even remembered my name. We ordered a bottle of Schugs Pinot Noir wine--Very tasty. We shared and enjoyed chipotle Shrimp Flatbread for a hot appetizer, and a cold Lobster & Shrimp Roll. Both were wonderful. I had the seared Caramelized Shrimp, and my wife had the Vegan Sampler plate. Both were yummy. We don't do sugar so we did not have desert but everyone around us seemed to enjoy them. Seasons 52 has never disappointed ."

"The service is the highlight, but the food and ambiance are not far behind. The menu is excellent but low in calories. Miniature desserts are the perfect size. Not inexpensive, but you don't feel they saw you coming. Overall a very good choice for a nice night out."

"The noise level was high. Especially in close proximity to the entertainment inside the bar station. Was not thrilled with that aspect. Our reservations were for 7 pm. We had to wait approx 10 minutes. I noticed when we were seated that there were other empty booths which caused me to wonder why the wait. All in all, very good food and attentative waiter. In fact, one of our companions thought he was a bit too attentative. Just sayin!"
