"I am a long time patron of Texas De Brazil and I am used to the brazilian streak house experience. However, at Rafain's we often had to request meats multiple times, as the only meats that were brought around without request more than once were the sausages and the chicken. When we did make a request, the waiters often looked annoyed or would take 10 to 15 minuets to come back. We did not flip our coasters to red, however, the servers stopped coming back to us after two rounds. Again, we would have to request the meats and then wait for a long time. After seeing what kind of service Refain's has to offer, I wonder how you compete with other places like Texas De Brazil. I truly hope this was just a fluke experience."

"We have been coming to Rafain's since the opened for several years now. We make it there about once a month. They call us by our first names when our family walks in. One of the owners last year when he went to his home town in Brazil, actually brought back native gifts for our two daughters. This goes so far beyond service, we have no need to eat at - let alone even try places like Ruth's, III Forks, and other nice places only a couple of miles away. We don't even slow down when we drive past them.
Not good, but outstanding food, outstanding service and simply put one of the nicest and friendliest places that you will ever dine.
Recommend strongly and have for years."

"It was a Happy Mother's Day at Rafain. Even with full house, and I mean, FULL, these guys were unbelievable. Service was impressive, salad bar was simply beautiful and the meats were just melting in my mouth. It had been a long time since I saw my mom so happy. I believe my bros and I did well by bringing her here. My reservation was around 2pm, I got to sit down around 2:30. People seemed to be having a good time and lingering at their tables, even the manager came to apologize for the delay, but I didnt think that there was a need to, I mean, this is a popular restaurant, and I felt blessed just by being able to be and eat there. Everything was perfect, from the courteous hostess to my very professional server and non stop meat servers."

"We went to Rafain on a Monday night, so it was nto very busy. The food here is always great, and we were not disappointed this time either. The service was very attentive and rivaled some very high dollar restaurants I have visited that cost twice as juch to eat at.
In particular our waitress was efficient, caring, professional and non-intrusive. She was there when we needed her, but left us alone to talk uninterrupted. I believe her name was Haley. While the food at Fogo is of like quality, I find Fogo very loud. This was much better suited to a date night."

"The food is always fantastic. If there is a cut of meat that you are waiting for the staff is very attentive and will ask what you are looking for and will make sure to bring that out for you. The meat is cooked perfectly and if not they will make sure to make it to your desire. Great service top to bottom and always a great fun experience."

"Attentive staff, but at times felt rushed, meat selection came too quickly and not much attention was paid to whether the cards were red or green. The lighting was too low, and the temperature was absolutely freezing so that everyone in our party (men and women alike) commented on it. All in all a good experience but could be improved in the details. Food was generally good but some meat was tough (spicy beef), and of the desserts, only the passion fruit mousse is worth mentioning, the rest was unimaginative, dry and unremarkable."

"The food was excellent! I was surprised with the salad bar. Previous reviews said it was small but we found it to be very nice and fulfilling. Get your veggies in and then enjoy the gauchos with the meat skewers! We had a great table and our waitress took great care of me and the wife. The supervising staff also ensures you have a great experience."

"The service was amazing. They pulled out our chairs and refolded napkins and brushed off the table when we made a mess, but it wasn't over the top. The service was perfect!
The waiter overheard that my husband and I were newly weds and brought out sangria on the house. That was absolutely delicious too. What attention to detail!
The salad bar was phenominal! Everything you could want and more!
The meats were delicious! My favorite thing served off the skewers was the pineapple!"

"This is an outstanding restaurant. Impressive service and attention to detail. We came from out of town to visit family and met at Rafain. We could not have chosen a better place. We never felt rushed or over-served like some other similar restaurants that try to push everything in their menu, and instead of helping they take your attention away from your guests. "We dine here every couple months and Rafain never disappoints. The food is outstanding and the service is spot on. The quality of the grilled meats is fantastic and it is a struggle to not go back to the salad bar because everything is so fresh and delicious. This place truly deserves five stars."

"Wouldnt take goupon because it was a sunday.? Even though it stakes NOWHERE on the groupon would not take on sun. Plus I had a half of a glass of wine waiter poured the wrong wine in to it to fill it up. It made so bitter they didnt come back with a fresh bottle just with what was left in bottle after mistake, So I paid for a full bottle I didnt get,"

"My overall experience was good. Food was awesome and service was great. The only thing is that I left a note for a surprise birthday gesture for my friend and it never came. I'm not sure if opentable or rafain actually looked at my online reservation, and since it was a surprise, I didn't want to ask the server for it in front of my friend. Nonetheless, my friend had a good time, and I just hope that this does not happen again in my future reservations."

"Lunch tasted just as good as the competition - only significantly cheaper! The buffet also comes with desserts, which is a plus.
Only downside is that the drinks are a bit pricey. $3 each for coffee or tea."

"First time at a churaskaria can you say meat heaven!? My server treated me like I was family and gave me the low down on everything from sauces, to appetizers to which deserts were best. The guys with the meat were attentive to how I liked my meat cooked. The manager even walked by our table and talked to us about brazil and was very friendly. Will come back soon I joined their e-club and received a coupon so I'll be back sooner than later! Loved it!"

"I just want to give a big thank you for service my wife and I had at rafains last night. Everything was perfect. Waitstaff took care of our special needs with our allergies. The manager was very helpful and made us feel like one of the family.

"This restaurant has a great selection of meats. I found this place to be better than some of the other Brazilian steakhouses. The house top sirloin was soooo delicious and tender. The service was spectacular and better than I expected. I have visited Brazil where I recieved the best service in my life and the service here was just as good. My girlfriend and I had a reservation and the wait was not very long for being Valentines day. The staff seems to be very organized and well managed."
