Casual yet stylishly contemporary, The Pub is your go-to spot at the Monte Carlo for great food, beer, sports, & an all-around good time. But don't let the name "The Pub" lead you to believe this is an ordinary watering hole. Pull up a seat at the extensive bar, backed by a mesmerizing array of large kegs, & choose from more than 200 beers on tap. Or if you're not quite in beer mode, you can opt for one of The Pub's famous adult milkshakes such as "The Luck of the Irish" or "Peppermint Snowflake."
There's an extensive new menu of seriously good food to satisfy your hunger. Juicy burgers, chicken quesadillas, grilled fish, & more make The Pub a Las Vegas dining destination in its own right.
With your appetite well taken care of, you can now focus on your entertainment. Big screen sports abound here, so if there's a game on, this is the place to watch it. If sports aren't your thing, there's something for you as well.
"Its a sports bar. The burgers are fine. Plenty of screens to watch the game. Nothing to write home about. Expensive for what it is, but I suppose fair by Vegas standards."

"I was very excited to dine at The Pub, had a reservation for 5 pm for 2 of us, it took at least 10 minutes before we were even greeted by waitstaff. Ordered a flight of beer to sample, received our burgers BEFORE our drinks arrived..even told the food server (not our waitress) that the burgers looked good, but no drinks...HE was attentive and brought us our drinks quickly, our waitress never even apologized, and then brought another server over, due to "break time". Granted, maybe she was tired by then, but this was not a good experience, and the fries were cold (burger was good, though). Vegas has waaaaayyy too many options for dining to accept a mediocre experience."

"Really enjoyed the food but very disapointed when we asked for our chicken wings to be heated up, they said there was no microwave oven and because there was sauce on them they could not put them in the fryer, shame as the rest of the food and evening was good"

"We chose the Pub at Monte Carlo for a large group gathering based on their spectacular beer selection. While that lived up to expectations, the restaurant refused to split our orders into separate checks but did not notify us of this until it was time to leave. The waiter was argumentative about this and difficult to work with - 15 relative strangers were not going to have one person foot the over $400 bill.
Additionally, several people ordered pasta dishes and they were HORRIBLE. The entree salads were considered palatable, but the food in general was not worth the effort. I would not recommend this place for anything other than their beer selection."

"Food was ok. A little disapointed in beer glasses. Glasses washed in a foam killing cleaner. Draft beer head was nil. As a beer drinker you like to see a uniform ring all the way down the beer glass. If they are going to sell 300 diferent beers they need to look at another glass cleaner that will bring out the flavor of the beer and look pleasing also."

"Food and draft beer were excellent. Small plates were meal-size by themselves and very well-prepared. I had the Calamari, which was very nicely done with lime and jalapeno. Although deep fried, they were not greasy or heavy.Tim was the best waiter I have had in years. Fast, friendly and efficient. Willing to chat and offer suggestions on a very busy night, yet covering all of his tables without appearing rushed or in a hurry. While it is a sports bar, the sound seems to be well managed through the design of the architecture. Moderately priced by LV standards. Open Table reservations worked like a charm! Walked past a dozen people waiting for seating and was seated immediately in a very nice spot."
