"When told I was dining alone, the hostess became a little stuffy and pretentious, and the prices were pure Vegas ($22 for a glass of Booker bourbon!), However, the service was excellent and the main course of Sea Bass served over lobster risotto was fabulous. Dinner for one with a drink at the bar, main course, side of asparagus, a glass of wine, dessert of creme brûlée and one glass of wine was $125 with tip - and I still left very happy."

"I attend the Hospitality Design Expo every year and every year I make it a point to eat at Stack at least once. This year the Expo was moved to the other end of the strip but that did not keep me away from Stack. The appetizers at this restaurant are something that I talk about and crave for the rest of the year. If I was forced to choose just one, I would say that the adult tater tots are not to be missed. How could you fail with bacon and brie stuffed tater tots? I have never had a less than enjoyable experience at Stack and am already looking forward to next year's visit."

"Went for my daughter's 21st birthday and the service was excellent, eclectic menu, drinks and food were really good. Slightly pricey but really worthwhile.
Personal service was excellent. Not rushed. Seemed a little loud for the diners with the repetitive driving techno beat but I'm sure it added to the hip bar scene.
A little disappointed that I when stated in OpenTable that it was a special occasion that there was no birthday "treat" at the end. Might go a long way to build loyalty.
Overall highly recommended while staying or visiting The Mirage."

"They took our party of four 15 minutes before our reservation on a Saturday night. I had read it can be noisy so I asked for a quiet table and we didn't have a problem talking throughout dinner. My wife had the bone in ribeye and I had the lamb shank. The kids split the special steak of the night. Everyone agreed the lamb was better than any if the steaks. The au gratin potatoes were really well prepared. We ordered the special bread pudding for desert. It was marvoulous. The service the whole night was attentive and spot on."

"We choose Stack from friend suggestions and convenience to the show Love. It could not have been a better choice. The ambiance was amazing. My husband is an architect and loved the curved wood interior. Very warm and inviting. The service was outstanding. Our waiter introduced the team that would be taking care of our table, was very friendly and attentive.
The food was just delicious! My husband had the filet on the bone (rare to see that) and I had sea bass over lobster risotto. The salads/sides were enough to share, our waiter let us know that right away. All in all it was a perfect birthday meal and location was perfect to relax enjoy the meal without rushing. Kudos to the entire team!"

"This is the second time eating here while visiting Las Vegas, the Food is excellent along with the service, but this place is very pricey, maybe not for Las Vegas. I am upset that I ordered Lemonade and they made it from scratch and it tasted HORRIBLE, I think they used sour mix, second they brought me 3 more refills for a total of 4 during our visit there. When I got the bill and saw that they charged me for each and everyone for a total of $16 I was livid...first it tasted awful and then to be changed for a drink that in 99.9% of american restaurants is FREE REFILLS is a SHOW STOPPER for me. I will NEVER patronage this Establishment again."

"Last year our brother, who frequents Las Vegas on business, recommended the Stack for a great steak. My boyfriend and I tried it and loved the stuffed lobster, filet and side of green beans. This year when we were trying to decide where to stay we immediately thought of the Mirage based on our experience at Stack. We immediately made reservations for our return to Stack and bought tickets for Love. We enjoyed the food again this year and added dessert this time!

"It was our first time there, I live here. What an amazing experience! I would recommend Stack to everyone, and I work retail. The food was good, music was fun, our waiter was really good and tentative. It made the whole experience worth the money. Our friends that we have not seen in at least 15 years came into town. They were going to see LOVE so we needed to eat some where close and we landed here. It was the best choice we made. Thank you for sharing the evening with us."

"This was my first time visiting Stack and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I dined with a large group and we had several appetizers, entrees (mainly the Brooklyn steak and the petite filet), and drinks and everything was excellent. I highly recommend the dumplings, calamari, and petite filet. Our waiter was friendly and very accommodating. The service was fast and accurate. I would definitely return."

"The Stack is in the Mirage, and it is open to the casino floor, so the noise does drift in. But the food is wonderful, the service first rate, the restaurant is decorated beautifully, and many of the tables are not visible form the casino floor. There is a more private section in the back, separated by a curtain."

"The decor and ambiance are outstanding; food was good but overpriced. The restaurant was empty because we had an early dinner reservation (5pm on Friday). Our party of 4 was seated and within minutes, a party of 2 was seated right next ot us when the rest of the restaurant was empty. What kind of seating strategy is that? BTW, I thought it was for server efficiency but no, the table next to us had a different server."

"We were a large group of 6. We had ordered our 3rd bottle of Amarone which was corked. The sommelier didn't agree the wine was off. He asked if we were sending it back because we didn't like it. I told him it was our 3rd bottle so obviously we liked it. He needs a new career."

"We reserved a table before the Beatles Love show and found the food to be over the top. As southerners we thought we made the best mashed potatoes, who would have thought the best can be had at Stack! Two thumbs up!
One note, need to turn the music down a bit, or at least vary the playlist."

"Very disappointing dining experience for the following reasons:
1. 2-lb Maine lobster priced at $80 was more like a 1 lb lobster at most and had very little meat. Stuffing was mediocre at best. Claw of lobster was less than 1 inch. For folks who like lobster, this was a rip-off.
2. Service was mediocre at best - had to ask for bread 3 times before it arrived. When it did arrive, it came with frozen butter that could not be spread on bread.
3. Salad came with hot peppers, even though this was not how it was described on the menu. Waited 10 minutes for waiter to pass so it could be returned. When waiter didn't appear, just made the best of it. Didn't enjoy at all.
4. Drink was meager at best. Little gin, lots of ice, little"

"The tater tots were wonderful, so were the jelly donut holes for dessert! The garbage salad's dressing was too potent in my opinion. It needs to be flavorful but not so tangy so a guest can enjoy the salad components."

"What a lovely restaurant! Food was superb and inventive, and the staff was extremely attentive. Our issue was the music; the pounding beat was not conducive to the celebratory dinner we were expecting to have. The audio was so loud that we could not have a conversation and this was not late in the evening - our reservation was at 5:15PM. I also need to say it was not only our table, patrons seated around us were not happy as well. To be fair, our Servers did all they could to rectify the situation(our waiter even gave us his card so that he could make our reservation the next time and confirm that the audio problem was corrected in advance.) I would definitely go back especially if they can get the audio situation under control."

"Overall everything was good, but the surprising thing is my filet came to me only warm, not hot as I had hoped for. I do expect my steak to be piping hot when it arrives before me, and sadly it was just warm."
