"The room is amazing. The service is great. The food is not as great. Nothing really wrong with the meal, just nothing to make it memorable. If looking for a good meal in a great room then you should go here. I would recommend having early dinner and then going to the late Beatles show."

"Expected an Italian menu; however, very few pasta dishes. Menu limited; ended up with lasagna - which was excellent, and another dish, Rigatoni - but not like rigatoni at all, and didn't enjoy - ended up substituting with another lasagna. Don't go if expecting an Italian menu with multiple pasta dishes."

"Had a beautifully prepared lobster and avocado salad (starter) and a 12 oz. bone in pork chop (grilled to perfection) with eggplant parmagian with a nice California Pinot Noir. It was the daily special, recommended by our server. It was perfectly prepared and delicious. My wife had the Braised Beef Cheeks and Risotto, also delicious. Passed on dessert as the portions were quite generous. The staff were enthusiastic, polite and efficient. Definately worth a stop for a quiet dinner if you're in Las Vegas."

"Very romantic and super fast service with a smile. I had a special lobster salad and the salmon. My husband had the veal. All was delicious, but we were both a little shocked at the price. You may want to save this place for a special occasion."

"We picked Onda for our restaurant before the Cirque show LOVE. It was a great choice. The staff was professional and polished. The decor was stunning and the food was delicious. They were out of veal, so we only had three choices on the Prix Fixe menu. I had Caesar Salad and Salmon. My husband had Calamari and Spaghetti. Our meals were well portioned and beautifully plated. The wait staff was efficient yet unobtrusive, which allowed us to enjoy our dining experience. The price is reasonable--if you opt to forgo the martinis. We did not! A large group was having dinner at the same time, which increased the noise level significantly. Vegas is all about having fun, so we went with the flow."

"I took a customers to dinner and enjoyed the service as well as the wine list. While they enjoyed their steaks immensly, my rissoto was a little lack luster. All in all, I will dine here again. A note to celiac's, they were very GF friendly."

"I'd enjoyed my previous experience at Onda, and always made a point of eating dinner there, even if my after dinner activities were at other venues. However, this time I noticed the menu had changed and was notified there was a new chef in charge of the food. That's too bad, because the food has changed, and not for the better. Eggplant Parmesan is no longer offered and the lasagna, which was always worth a special trip, is now only average. No better or worse than most other Italian restaurants in any city. It's too bad - this used to be a special place."

"I had tried many Italian food in the past, and Onda is by far the best! The homemade spaghetti was very good, and my husband ordered the Veal Saltinbocca, I tried it and it was sooooo delicious! The manager came to check on our table and later on bought us a dessert for our Anniversary. It made our night! High recommended! Will be back soon!!"

"We were really impressed withis place. As soon as we sat down we forgot we were even in a casino. It's so quiet and romantic. The service was AMAZING. Sometimes we go places and they are almost annoying with being attentive. They had it just right. The food was FANTASTIC!! Highly recommend, especially for a nice romantic evening."

"Food and service were great, the two hosts were terrible. First the one host somehow cancels my 1000 point 6pm reservation, as I received an email on my phone, so I inquired and they told me it was a mistake and they will have it restored. About an hour later while sitting at the bar she comes to me unable to restore and asks me to initiate a new reservation and she'll get that one to approve. But by then the 1000 point reservations were gone and she had no solution. The reason I went there in the first place was the 1000 point offering!"

"I would definitely recommend Onda to my friends and family! It has a cozy atmosphere where you can have a nice conversation among your party. The service was excellent! They have a wide selection of wines that complemented our meal. The food was great. Our steaks were cooked to our liking and the sides were delicious. The management was engaging and visited our table. It was my daughter's birthday and she loved the experience. We will absolutely be back!"

"It was an accident on how we ended up at Onda! But a beautiful accident for sure. The front room was a little decieving, this place is huge and each room has it's own personality. When we went all the way to the back room, it was beautiful!! Great ambience, wonderful quisine, superb service. Also it was so convenient as we had a show to see there and on a tight schedule. We must have had 3 servers making sure that we would be on time. And all with a smile! Our party of 4 all agreed that Onda was magnificant!! You should give it a try, especially if you have a show there too!! We will return!!"

"Very nice restaurant with old world charm in the Mirage. Be sure to ask for seating in the main dining room. Extensive wine list and knowledgeable sommelier. Had a really nice bottle of Boscarelli Montipulciano. Service was very attentive and polite. Salads were crisp and fresh. I had a rigantoncini bolognese which was perfectly al dente. While the ragu bolognese was nice, it lacked the richness and depth of some ragu sauces I have had. My husband had the night's special fresh mushroom ravioli which had a very nice rich cream sauce that he found very tasty, although for a guy, the portion was a little small. We received a complimentary tiramisu which was very nice. All in all, we very much enjoyed ourselves and would visit again."

"We live in the Las Vegas valley and made a reservation at Onda since we were going to the Ron White show. What a nice surprise! Don't be fooled by the pictures on the Mirage's website, because it is a very large restaurant with several quiet/personal tables. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back. We had great services with "Sam" and the manager "Chris" took his time with us in selecting a great wine to have with dinner. It was a wonderful dining experience and after mentioning this to our neighbors they told us they love to eat there too!"

"Amazing spot! Bar was beautiful, restaurant even better. It's hidden away so you don't even remember you are in a casino. Food was spectacular! We had beef cheeks and monk fish, probably two of the best dishes I have ever had. Wine list was one of the most exstencive I have seen in a long time. We also met the maitre'd from Jersey that was mentioned in a previous post. Not only was hey very helpful with the food selection, but he picked a wine that was perfect. Turns out that he is actually the General Manager and was very pleasant. Being from New York myself, I find it rather insulting that someone would pass judgment on this guy because of his accent! Either way, he was great, service was great, Onda was awesome!"

"Food was great the atmosphere delightful serice was so so. Plates left in front of me for way to long no coffee offerd before or after desert I had to request someone to get my waiter over and ended up with a maitre'd from Jersey that maybe it was the accent but he was not pleasant, could be an-interpetation issue. Two top next to us had the same problems with service. Just not very attenetive would be what i would say. Food was worth coming service not really, for the money expect better service. Sorry guys."

"I've been to Onda many times in the past, but not in the last few years.
We were a family group of 8, celebrating a 90th birthday. Our server, Enrique, was
excellent; great attitude. The only potential downside was that Onda's espresso machine
was not working but, at my suggestion, the staff went to another of Mirage's restaurants
and got lattes and cappuccinos for us. Not only were we served our lattees, etc, in a
very timely matter, but the drinks actually came steaming hot.
All in all, a great experience. It was great to see that the food and service have
been maintained at Onda's usual high lever."

"This is not our first visit to Onda. When we go to Las Vegas, we try to have at least one meal here. The food is excelllent with a great variety. It is not a place with a lot of privacy, but we met a friendly couple from Australia at the table next to us and had a fun time talking with them after the meal."

"We had dinner at Onda before a show. It set the mood for the evening... romantic... exciting... delicious! We did not for one moment feel we were in a casino. There was absolutely no "machine noise". The service was exceptional... we were greeted and attended by 2 servers immediately and, in fact, 3 waited on us throughout the dinner. We have diet restrictions (gluten intolerant) and they were aware of this from the reservation and assured us that all we ate was good for us. We will definitely dine here again!!"

"Overall, a very solid experience. Throughout the entire dinner, service and quality were spot on. The adjoining bar, however, not so much. If you want a a drink or two before dinner, plan for plenty of time - service is slow."
