"Chef Roy is amazing. I recommend the chef's tasting menu or request the chef to do his own menu. Awesome wine list and sommelier, Sanae. The quality of the ingredients is tops. Especially love the seafood dishes. There is a great wine for every budget and Sanae is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot wait to return. Beautiful dining room with a view of the kitchen. The granite walls are spectacular."

"We enjoyed our meal a lot. Prices are high but probably comparable to other restaurants in the major hotels on the strip. We arrived late because of traffic and they were very good in seating and serving us promptly. We had the potstickers and tempura asparagus, which were two of the cheapest items on the menu, being a starter and side dish. But they were substantial and tasty. They also include a large basket of naan bread with every order, so we were quite satisfied by the time we left. We decided to eat at Sensi because we were going to see O that evening in the same hotel and it made it easy to get there without another experience of traffic, other than the mobs in the hotel and casino."

"This was our 2nd time at Sensi because our 1st visit was so notable. This is an amazingly contemporary restaurant with 4 kitchens. You can watch as the chefs do their magic. We had a sampling of the spring roll appetizers which were beautifully presented and extremely good- we deemed these as the highlight. I had a halibut dish which was just OK. The halibut was overdone (at $35), and I was surprised. My husband had Burundi which was good, especially the crispy outside, but it was also overdone. He wasn't crazy about the sauce, particularly the cilantro. We also had 2 side dishes- tempura asparagus and the mushrooms. Both were excellent but just too much with the main portions. We had wine, but we felt that $15 a glass was excessive."

"We had heard good reports about this latest addition to Bellagio's restaurant row, but nevertheless we were caught by surprise at how attractively presented and totally delicious everything was that we ordered -- from roasted octopus to fresh lobster removed from its shell and wok-cooked. The waiter knew the innuendos intimately of all the dishes on the menu and advised accordingly. We could not have been happier. While not inexpensive, the food and wines are actually well-priced and of appropriate value. We shall definitely return when we are back in Vegas next September. It is certainly amongst the very best of the casino hotel dining experiences we have ever enjoyed."

"After placing our order, it took 25 minutes for the food to arrive, which I consider way too long. They have two versions to order for lobster: regular and large. One would assume you are ordering a lobster tail. What you get is a whole lobster in the shell cut in half. I don't eat the head pieces so it was a bit deceiving to call it a regular or a large portion, because you get a whole lobster for either. It is not just the lobster tail.This was very disappointing."

"The service was great the food was outstanding. I was seated across from the part of the glass enclosed kitchen where the tandoori guy (no this is not an Indian restaurant) was making the Naan. As I was eating alone I enjoyed watching this. I also love Naan. I ordered the goat with the Spring vegatables and lemon polenta. Wonderful. The table by me had the lamb and the salmon and were extremely happy. I almost ordered the lamb, but I think it was $49. The dessert menu did not really inspire me, but that meant I left without admonishing myself."

"Our waiter suggested entrees and we were not disappointed. Be prepared to lay down some serious jack. Lovely wine list, amazing flavors. Totally worth the expense for our special occasion. I highly recommend. My only complaint is a minor one, we did have to flagoir waiter down a few times as the place got busy. We will definitely go back next time we are in town."

"Sensei offers interesting food options from Asian to Italian, seafood to beef, and several other options All of our food from the Naan bread to appetizer to main course were well prepared, tasted great and had nice presentations to them. Portion sizes were just the right amount. We skipped dessert but enjoyed the chocolate truffles offered with the check. We love watching the preparations in the open kitchen.
Only negatives: very noisy given the stone walls/counters, waiter/somallier tried to pass off a different bottle of wine than ordered, and the usual overpricing you see in Las Vegas.
All that said, we really enjoyed our dinner and would certainly go back again."

"We have been lucky enough to visit Las Vegas many many times and we always make sure we eat at Sensi during our stay.
Sensi has a wonderful menu offering cuisine from many different countries. The potato samosas are to die for and the steak impeccable and no visit would be complete without the frozen coffee and donuts dessert....try it, you will see what I mean!!!
We can't recommend Sensi highly enough!"

"We asked if we could have a fountain view and the hostess graciously accommodated us. We had to sit about 20 minutes at the bar, and the bartender was friendly and helpful. We were seated at a beautiful table with a fantastic view of the fountain. My husband and I wanted a salad, but my husband also stated he was interested on dessert. The waiter told us we should then split the salad because it is large and then it was perfect! Dessert was Devine ! I had the soufflé and my husband the tiramisu ( which was good but not outstanding) the service was excellent and the staffe was engaging and fun. Will definitely be back! This was an anniversary dinner and it was very memorable."

"I booked here after reading multiple reviews, but I had never been here. Multiple types of food, and many options for each. I took a chance and made a reservation, and I couldn't have been luckier. The restaurant is inviting with water streaming down the sides of counters and walls, and a central kitchen surrounded in floor to ceiling windows. The server was good and professional, but I thought he could have been just a little better. His assistant/busboy/ninja was amazing and was top of his duties. The main point is the food. It was fantastic in presentation, ingredients, and enjoyment. I ate things I would normally never eat. Dessert was also incredible and from scratch. I highly recommend it for any romantic or low-key occasion."

"I have been to Sensi a few times over the years, and remember it being a great dining experience. However, this last visit, I found the service to be very poor... service was slow, servers were not attentive, and food was just 'good' (except for the desserts, which were terrific). The level of service did not leave me with a positive experience. I will not return, especially when there are so many terrific restaurants in Vegas!"

"Due to food allergies, my wife ordered a steak ($50)cooked medium rare. It took our waitress going back into the kitchen herself (glass wall separating kitchen/dining) to finally get our meals. Her steak was cold and cooked medium well. The staff was very gracious at cooking her another steak. This one was cooked properly but was so tough and grissled that she had to cut out portions of the center to find something tender enough to eat. She and I both worked our way through college waiting tables and she didnt want to say anything more. My pork dish was fine but was served room temp and not hot."

"We have eaten at a lot of nice restaurants in Vegas. Usually you get what you pay for. We were disappointed with the quality of food for the prices they charged. It took forever to get our food and even longer to get our check. probably wouldn't go back...much better food to be had in Las Vegas for that price. Went to the Venetian the next night and had better food for half the price."

"We chose this restaurant for the eclectic variety of the menu. Everyone loved their dishes and the flavors were incredible. The service was outstanding and they gave us the "Chef's Table" where we had 270 degree views of the kitchen. We were celebrating a birthday and they brought a complimentary dessert for our birthday girl and truffles for everyone at the end of the meal - what a treat!"

"Saw the exec chef win on CHopped and had to try it. Excellent food and service. A mix of Italian and Asian. Seems odd but works well together. You get to watch the cooking while you dine. Every item we ordered was excellent from the Naan bread to the donuts and frozen cappiccino coffee.
Loved the rest. and would definately return. The decore was not to our taste,very modern but this would not stop us from eating here again because everything else was above excellent"

"First time we ate there, last year, it was very good. This time it was not. The food was not as good, some of the plates were cracked and the napkins had holes in them. I got the feeling someone was not paying attention to the details. We are not going to return."

"My mother and step-father brought me to Las Vegas for my birthday. I had never been and I really wanted to see the Bellagio. We found Sensi as we were walking through the hotel and I was immediately drawn to the waterfalls throughout as well as the menu. We made a reservation and had a fantastic dinner. The pork potsticker appetizer was to DIE for as well as the salmon entree. I've been to many 5 star restaurants and Sensi is definitely among the best. I would recommend Sensi to everyone!"
