The legendary restaurateur Sirio Maccioni, his wife Egidiana & his eldest son, Mario, have brought their acclaimed New York restaurant to Bellagio. Osterio del Circo, reminiscent of a European carnival tent with Adam Tihany's playful, sophisticated big top décor, specializes in Tuscan cuisine, homemade pastas, grilled meats & fish, as well as hot & cold appetizers.

"We've been at the Circo for the first time for a special occasion. We booked 1 day in advance and got a table in a quet side-room with a great view of the fountains. The service was so friendly we really felt welcome. But best of all was the food. Never had such tasty scallops and the beef tenderloin for main course was outstanding. Don't miss to try one of their fantastic desserts!!!"

"The overall food and service was exceptional. Only negatives: The front desk host had an arrogance about him when I checked in with my party, and when I later informed him that my party was all here. Also, there was a large group in the bar, so it made it impossible to get a cocktail while we were waiting."

"It's not often that you find consistent professionals from the bar to the busboy. Every member of the staff here is a seasoned service pro, led by a friendly manager who could care less about how much you are betting in the casino. I haven't had such an enjoyable dinner in over a decade. Kudos to Antonio and his crew. The food was nothing less than spectacular. Handmade pastas made me feel like I'd never tasted pasta before."

"Beautiful restaurant, amazing food, excellent service, incredible view. We requested a table for 2 next to the window for a fountain view. It was Saturday night, so there was a fountain show every 15 minutes. It was great! I got the chef's tasting menu which was very impressive. Delicious!! As a local, I like to bring my family here when they visit. Everyone always wants to see the fountain show, but who wants to elbow their way between a hundred other people? We always get a great meal and a fabulous view."

Last year my husband and I dined there, and Sirio himself came with his family and sat right next to us. There was a lot of traffic at his table, very interesting. However, I thought later that it might have been nice if he treated u to maybe a glass of wine or desert since our romantic evening was interupted by all of the hoopla surrounding his presence. Will say though that he and his family seemed like warm, lovely people otherwise. And the food is always good!! Each year I recommend to my friends that are visiting Vegas!"

"This is my second year to celebrate my birthday at Circo. The food and service are outstanding. The Pici is the best thing on the menu. You must try it, even if just as a side item. The lamb and filet is always good choices. Of course, the view of the water fountain show in front of the Bellagio set off a great dining experience. This is one of my favorite Vegas restaurants."

"My wife and I had a night out in Vegas without the baby. We went Circo and were seated near to the window overlooking the Bellagio's fountains. It is a small restaurant and nearly all tables seem to have a view of the fountains. We ordered the chef's 5 course tasting menu and the food was amazing. Even compared to comparably priced restaurants in Boston (where we live) the service was quite possibly the best I've ever had, polite and helpful waitstaff, no arrogance, and friendly just enough to be nice but not intrusive on our meal. Overall I would recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a romantic evening out if you have the money to spend (with wine our dinner broke 300$)."

"Lovely restaurant with great view of the fountains.
We ate early (5:30 p.m.) due to show tickets at 7:00 p.m.
Unfortunately the seared scallops ordered by myself and my sister had quite a bit
of sand in them and the risotto was not fully cooked and chewy.
Otherwise, everything else was wonderful."

"Went to Circo the last night on my trip to Vegas. I made the reservations through Open Table and noted that we were celebrating our birthdays. The food was delicious and one of our servers recommended a reasonably priced itailan blend which was also delicious. We had a table with a decent view of the fountains, would have loved to be closer. As the end of the meal came our server asked about dessert and we decided to skip. 5 minutes later our server delivered us two beautiful desserts. What a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this restaurant."

"We planned a celebration dinner during our competition in Las Vegas and Circo did not disappoint. The food was awesome and the staff were very friendly. Our view of the Bellagio fountain was surperb and our kids enjoyed the dining experience. Our kids, 9 and 13, enjoy adult foods so this is not a "hamburger and hotdog" type of place for kids."

"The dining experience was simply amazing. They made the night so great for my friends and I. The service was on point and they left us wanting for nothing. The food knocked our socks off and the drinks were pure art as well!!!! The view cannot be missed and I would come back just for that if need be!!!

"We felt very comfortable right from the time they seated us at a nice romantic table with a direct window view of the Bellagio fountains.They followed up with excellent service attention from several sources and completed it with excellent food , wine and a delicious dessert to complete the evening.

"The service was mediocre, the waiter never told us the special of the day, which we heard him mention to the table next to us. All the dishes were decent, but we were expecting more than decent... After all, it is Circo / Bellagio, it should have been superb.... My father's lamb chop was over cooked ( we ordered medium, came out well done ) so they had to fire another one. My son's pasta was way way way too salty, we didn't say anything because we had problem with the lamb chop already, plus my son was hungry, so he ate 1/4 of it and drank over 2 glasses of water. And he could not finish... My veal chop was okay, and my husband's seafood stew was good. The desserts are wonderful, I believe the dessert saved our dinner..."

"The meal was beyond words. All courses were better than the previous. In addition, we had a table by the window which allowed for an exceptional few of the dancing fountains of the Bellagio. Highly recommend this as a stop while in Las Vegas."
