"Went there looking for outdoor eating .
Unfotunately for all , weather was not so kind .
Had indoor meal which was excellent .
Little did we know that this was the new Hollywood hotspot .
Didn't stay that long . We left after dinner .
When we later saw the local commercial on TV . It sure looked like the place to be .
Next year on another visit from Europe , we might join this scene .
For now our diningexperience was pretty good ."

"I went for a friend's birthday and enjoyed amazing food! The 6 ounce filet was delicious and perfectly cooked. Our server, Ella, was very knowledgeable and recommended some excellent appetizers. The spicy tuna tartare had to be my favorite appetizer, it was such a unique dish the way it was presented! The creamed corn is a must-have, I have been craving it ever since I left. The manager was wonderful, she greeted us when we arrived and checked in periodically to make sure we were enjoying everything. Overall, it was a great experience- when the restaurant ended, the nightclub opened up and we were able to enjoy the DJ and club atmosphere without leaving the venue. A+ for Drai's!"

"Drai's doesn't get going until LATE. We arrived for a 7:30P table and were the only patrons there until 8:30P at least. GREAT view from the roof of the W hotel. Menu is not that varied, a few conventional beef/steak choices, a few fish entrées, and about 10 appetizers. So while the food is perfectly decent, you would not go to Drai's for a culinary adventure.
But the vibe of the place is fun, built for partying. Rooftop pool, tented pavilions, and clearly once it gets going at night this is a hopping spot for patrons of a certain age (i.e., younger or trying to be) with money to burn. If you came at 8P with 10 people, you'd likely have your pick of tables and the place pretty much to yourself, until the regular crowd rolled in."

"This was a fantastic place to eat dinner and hang out at the bar and on to the dance floor after 11am. The Lychitini and Nectar Pear cocktails ROCK. The service was awesome."

"Everything was great but what shocked me the automatic gratuity they add to check. 18.25% is added. While I don't mind, I have to say that it's up to customer to decide what to tip. That being said I know there are lots of folks that get shorted but I thought this was a bit presumptuous. Besides that it's an awesome place!"

"This restaurant is fabulous. everything about it was wonderful - food was delicious and as well as presented beautifully. The service was impeccable and the ambaiance for the entire restaurant whether seated indoors or on the patio is gorgeous.
Highly recommend this restaurant. Pricey but definitely worth it."

"The ambiance at Drai's was very romantic for our Valentine's night out. It turns into a night club right after they are finished serving dinner so if you aren't into techno music and crowds you may want to make an early reservation. The food was good but not great. The service was very good and friendly. Overall a great experience for a married couple of 20 years who has been tried every upscale restaurant in the area."

"Nice place, great service and ambience however I rate restaurants based on quality of food, taste and drai's falls short on great food. When your in a high profile location your food can just be mediocre and you can get away it. I would not comeback here, nothing screams out at me that would make me comeback."

"My wife and I spent our Valentine's here. We were seated immediately. Brian, our server, was friendly and personable. I selected the 18oz Bone-In Ribeye and my wife had the Chilean Sea Bass. The steak was good, but pricier than Mastro's. The sea bass was good, but Crustacean's is better. The drinks are quite pricey, but that's expected for this venue. The ambience and layout is superb. The valet cost $31 with tip and validation, which is ridiculous. Overall, we enjoyed our expensive evening at Drai's."
