"Wow,very disappointing. We had reservations for 7:45 and did not get seated until 8:20. Wile waiting in the bar area, there was not a waitress serving the tables. Everyone had to go to the bar to get their own cocktails. Once we finally got to our table, we ask for a wine list, when the waiter brought it to us he immediately stated that they do a poor job of keep the list updated and that everything on the list may not be available, he was absolutely correct. When our food arrived it was warm at best, steaks had little flavor, and the lobster was over cooked. The lobster dinner was actually taken off the bill. Was there for my wife's 50th birthday and was not impressed at all. I have no plans to return to this restaurant, SORRy."

"We got the specials for that nite. Fish special, not the greatest. Rice under fish was reddish, and formed like a hamburger patty; it looked like raw meat patty. Steak & shrimp special, was good. Sauce over steak is not recommended. Steak cooked well."

"There aren't many options for eating at the casino, so if you want a romantic/quiet atmosphere, this works! Food was not really worth the money. Additionally, a huge error was made on our bill. We were charged almost double for our meal (waiter had accidentally combined another parties bill with ours) and I happened to catch it at the last minute. Everyone was friendly and attentive."

"William B's has everything I could possibley ask for except air quality. The host tries to have a separate smoking / non-smoking section, but be realistic, if there isn't a wall separating the two areas the whole room is smoking. it is such a waste of good food to have to be smothered by smoke while eating. Lets get with it, go 100% smoke free"

"William B's is awesome, unfortunately the environment kills all the goodness the restraunt has to offer. The smoking section and non-smoking section separation is a joke. we requested to be seated as far away from smokers as possible, the group in the next boot was smoking! partition off a smoking area or go 100% non-smoking. it isnt going to kill a person to go an hour without a smoke."

"Took a while to be seated although not crowded (waited 10 minutes for the busy maitre d' who was scurrying all over). Waiter seemed new and a bit nervous but was okay. Asked for non smoking but were seated at edge of smoking area. Smoke does not magically stop at the line on the map in an open room. Food came out very timely except for dessert (longer wait). Food is absolutely outstanding. Service and ambiance not quite up to standards of food and pricing."

"It is nice to see the same faces every time. The staff are tried and true professionals and the service is always friendly and knowledgeable. The best spots are the booths along the sides. Be sure to check the cocktail list. The Manhattan has three cherries, is served up and perfectly clear because it was stirred. Must note that due to the location in the casino this is still a smoking establishment. As smoke has a negative impact on the aroma and flavor of food, it would be nice if the dining room went all non-smoking and the cigars and cigarettes were taken to the bar area."

"Excellent food, Excellent service, just plain EXCELLENT. Have visited several times and have received different servers each time, about 8-10 visits in the past 2 months, and each time the service is just plain EXCELLENT, so that say's everyone cares and you can't go wrong because whoever is your server, will be fantastic. The food is top of the line and very consistent, as with many visits, trying different dishes, they all ROCK! "It was my wife's birthday. Everything was perfect. Flowers on the table that I ordered, called her by her name. Service was fantastic. Courses were spaced perfectly. We have not had a better meal anywhere, especially for the price. Don't over order. The portions are very big. You have to try the french onion soup. A great experience. And one of my favorite things, no one under 21!"

"My boyfriend and I had a fabulous dinner March 14, 2013. Our server was Wayne and he did an excellent job!! We had the lobster bisque and french onion soups to start with. Both were excellent. For our entrees, we had the horseradish encrusted filet and the stuffed shrimp. YUM!! I would highly recommend this fabulous restaurant for it's service, food and atmosphere!!"

"Everything was great from the first French martini at the bar to the dessert. We were greeted warmly by the Manager Patrick and shown to a great table. Our server Kerry was delightful and knowledgeable. We were enjoying table conversation and as she knew it was a special occasion - 84th Birthday she did not rush us.

"This place was great. The only complaint we had was the fact that we were asked if we wanted smoking or non and was said non, but we noticed that someone was smoking two tables down. We were confused on how it was non-smoking. We feel the seperation of the two should be greater or a wall or something. There basically was no seperation at all."

"We dined here on February 24, a birthday celebration. We had made a reservation, got seated and waited a while for server to take drink order. She did not come back with drinks for at least 25 minutes. We told host and all he said was I apologize. Waited for all of food order , not prompt at all. Had to ask for more drinks as server never asked us if we needed more. Worst service ever for a "fine dining" restaurant would never go back. Ruined the birthday celebration."

"service was poor at best. when the server finally did come around to take a drink order she insisted on rushing you to put in an appetizer order. food was decent at best. i'll go to some run of the mill chain steakhouse next time for half the money and probably still have a better experience."

"We had a terrific server who was knowledgeable and a lot of fun. I think that this restaurant is way, way over priced. Except for the Lavash they serve at the table, the menu items were forgettable. At the prices charged, I expected to be wowed...I had the prime steak, which was cooked to my order, but sinewy and tough...for a prime cut of meat. The presentation was non-existent. Just the steak and 1 stuffed mushroom along the side on a huge white plate...no brown butter, any sauce or any garnishes. I can name several restaurants in our immediate area where I can get a much nicer steak and great presentation for half the cost. The soup and salad once again were average. At these prices it should be above average"

"Food was good, Steak prices dont include a side dish (price is for meat only). Tried to order a local bottle of wine from the wine list and they couldnt find it. Then ordered a different bottle of wine but it took 30-45 minutes to get a drink other than water, not really acceptable for a dinner for 2 with a 150$ price tag..."

"I took my boyfriend here for his birthday. It was the best food and service we have ever had. The wait staff was fantastic and the host was very accommodating. He noticed my bf was a smoker and immediately offered to change the table he reserved for a smoking table. It was such a great experience we look forward to going back."
