We offer a wide variety of Signature Sandwiches with freshly baked Breads, Custom Made Salads, using fresh Fruits and Vegetables from local growers with Organic ingredients where appropriate. Our Soups are freshly prepared and made in house. The Pizza has our own unique style with a more traditional golden crust or whole-wheat crust made with your choice of Red Organic Sauce, Pesto, Alfredo or fresh Plum Tomato Sauce. "Carina's is a good spot for a very casual night out, but know that it is more of a pizza parlor than full servicee restaurant. They have a nice selction of pizzas and are very accomodating if you want to try two types, they will make one half-and-half. The pizza was thin crusted with good, fresh toppings and we all enjoyed. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Beer and wine are your drink options. They offered a tasting of their home-made soup of the day and the lentil soup was so good we ordered it as take-out for lunch next day."
