"The assortment of meats was plentiful and simply delicious. Tender and just delicious, did not want to stop eating but after 4 rounds with brief respits in between my party & I declared no mas. Also notable was the cheese bread which is more like a mini pop-over, so good!"

"We had an enjoyable meal with good service. Nothing outstanding. The salad bar was unique but below other Brazillian Steakhouses. The meats were well prepared but flavor was lacking in most of the meats. This dining experience could be much better with a little tweaking of the food flavors. Service and setting are nice."

"So I made reservations for 4 to celebrate my fiance's birthday. When we got there, the staff acted as if they hadn't received a notice from OpenTable that we even had a reservation. Instead of having something set up, we could see the staff scrambling to find a place for us to sit. When they did finally seat us (after asking us to sit & wait at the bar for 10 minutes), we were put in the back corner. Our server was a great guy, just a little nervous. However, because we were stuck in the back, we didn't get to see/eat all that we know Bombasha had to offer, & two of us didn't have forks when seated.
Overall, it wasn't a tragic experience. Just a little irritating that I bothered to make reservations and were treated as though we didn't."

"Food was decent, waitstaff was not very attentive especially given the astronomical prices paid. I would have expected some sort of filet to come out... Only saw pork chicken strips and ribeye... Other Brazilian steakhouses have better cuts of meat for a much cheaper price. The salad bar was very limited. The waiter did not bring out enough sides, And only brought out more when we asked him three times. It was also so cold in the restaurant I couldn't wait to leave, I actually left before I was finished eating. I also would've expected the wine list to be about twice the size that it actually was. Even if I had a gift certificate to cover the entire cost of my meal I am not sure that I would go back."

"This was the second trip to Bombasha in last few months. The first was good, the second was a waste of money. The meat selection was dismal. The service was slow and could not get the bills correct. If I had anything positive to say the pineapple was good. But we didn't go there for the pineapple. The atmosphere was fine and no complaints there. But with so many other choices, I can say I will not chose Bombasha again."

"This Brazilian steak house has been highly rated and rightly so. The food was good. The service was very good and the atmosphere was very nice. As far as Brazilian steak houses go though, we (my wife, who is part Brazilian and I) thought Bombasha was average. While we enjoy these types of restaurants, Bombasha didn't stick out as above average to us. One of the biggest reasons was we felt like the price point for this restaurant was very high as compared to other Brazilian restaurants. On both their drinks list and especially their buffet price. We would recommend this place, but only for that rare special occassion but expect to pay for this experience."

"This is a great restaurant here in Nashville. It's not the best restaurant every night but definitely I think worth the money to sitting down and eating there. The wait staff was absolutely outstanding very attentive knowledgeable courteous the meets most of which were really good there were definitely some unique flavors and choices in preparation which made it very good"

"The salad bar was impressive in the sense that it was beautifully laid out with unusual item not often found on salads bars such as asparagus spears, heart of palms, antipasto platter, smoked salmon. Don't fill up on salad though, because the variety of meats that continue to come to your table are delicious and plentiful. It was a wonderful experience dining at Bombasha."

"Small selection for salad bar ( less than 20 total items & 5 were cheese), overcooked meat , meat had a weird gamey taste, gauchos weren't as comfortable with the giant knives as I would have like with the blade coming too close to my face more than once...and over priced to boot. I was expecting something more like Texas de Brazil in Memphis which is the same concept but the salad bar had 100s of gourmet quality items and the meat was amazing in taste and quality. However , even without the comparison the meal was not worth nearly $40 per person"

"Our party of four all had a very tasteful and pleasurable dining experience. Our main waiter knew we had a Groupon, but he didn't treat us any differently than any other party present. I chose the salad bar option only because there wasn't enough meat to my liking to justify choosing the meat option. The salad bar is a bit smaller than the three other Brazilian style restaurant we have dined at, but there was still plenty of tasty choices. With the fabulous gluten-free rolls and the side dishes to accompany the salad bar, I was quite pleasantly full when it was time to leave. The other three members of our party chose the meat option and were completely satisfied. They all thought it was cooked better than the meat at Rodizio."

"I really wasn't impressed. The food was so so but honestly its just a few steps up from a golden corral. Nothing really stands out as being awful but nothing really stands out as being exceptional. "My boyfriend is a meat and potatos man, because of this we have been wanting to try Bombasha. His birthday was the perfect reason to go. We found the service to be attentive, and the food to be delish. This WAS our first rodeo for a Brazillian Steakhouse and we were not once made to feel like fools. Everything was explained well to us. We were tucked away in the salad bar room where it was nice and quiet.
OH and the salad bar, nice.
The only thing I do wish was that there had been a little more aknowledgment of his bday, but he was happy so as a result I am happy.
I feel like the price was pretty spot on, and we tried all 12 cuts keeping a list to keep track.
We will def add Bombasha to our rounds."

"We had a party of 8. Had a nice table where we all could talk and be heard. Service was slow on the drinks and the server forgot things a few times. The salad bar was very good. Most of the meat selections were very good and plentiful. We would have liked to see a couple of higher end cuts of meat such as filet. Even though we paid with separate checks, they added a 20% gratuity to each bill ~ I don't think that was fair. On our reservations we noted that we were celebrating a birthday, but they did nothing to celebrate. Overall we all enjoyed it."
