"This is a significant dining pleasure. This restaurant has great ambiance and great service. The food is absolutely delectable and special. Every dish is so tasty that we always make this our tgo-to place to celebrate any special thing in our lives. Window seating gives a good view of Presidents Ave in front of the place. The dishes served are just so scrumptious. This is a very nice place."

"First time at this restaurant. Selected based on reviews posted. Took my son here for his birthday. Great wine list, excellent service and the food was delicious. Really enjoyed the low noise level and being able to converse normally. Very nice setting. We will be back."

"Stopped at Della Notte on trip to DC from NYC. Great food, outstanding service, and free parking (rare in Baltimore's Little Italy). A very good experience for weary travelers. Orriecetti with sausage was great; nice ceasar salad but missed the anchovies; very nice Reisling. The restaurant's decor is over-the-top bourgeois roman-esque, but physically quite comfortable. Booths are generous, not too tight for overindulgent foodies. Go for the food and service, not the atmosphere."

"Right at the entrance to Little Italy at the Inner Harbor. Beautiful décor and they accommodated our party of 5 at the last minute (the restaurant was pretty empty on a weeknight). Service and food were both very good but just not outstanding. My dish was too heavy on the sauce. My friend has risotto cakes with a cheese that was both excessive and did not taste well with the risotto. 3 others in our party had very good meals."

"Had lunch here with clients recently. This is a great place to sit and relax and not feel rushed. The tables are spaced well and they have comfortable booths. The wait staff is attentive. We had the crab cakes which were delicious and very filling. The presentation was beautiful. The other diners in our party had been here before and had their favorites - one had the pasta which was very fresh. The other had a delicious personal size pizza. We each had salad or soup for a starter. The basil and tomato salad was flavorful and light. I would definitely return here on my next trip to Baltimore."

"I planned a day in Baltimore for my boyfriends birthday so I wanted to ensure I ended the evening with a meal to remember. That is exactly what we received! The fact that the restaurant had it's own parking made both of us happy just to begin since we were already running late for our reservation due to the game. The greeting is warm and welcoming. The staff were always attentive to our needs so we never had to try and track someone down for water or our plates to be cleared. Since I did note it was my boyfriends birthday we were surprised with champagne. This restaurant exceeded my expectations and I will for sure return for any special occasion! Thank you!"

"Our waiter was extremely attentive, but also a bit pushy with trying to get us to order extra food, desserts, coffee, etc. (which is his job) He was still extremely nice and knowledgeable though!

We got the baked oysters, calamari, and ravioli special as appetizers, all delicious! For dinner, I had the Cappellini which was excellent. The drinks were good, although even more over-priced comparatively ($13 for a martini).

All in all, we would come back again for a special occasion!"

"My boyfriend and I went at Della Notte to celebrate our anniversary. We sat in their piano lounge and have a drink before dinner. We enjoyed the live music,a pianist and a singer, very much, so we decided to have dinner in the lounge instead. The manager set our table right away, and immediately after 2 glasses of Champagne came complimentary for our anniversary. Nice touch! We had a nice and relaxing dinner and our meal choices were spot on. We share the Oysters Portofino, a specialty of the restaurant, and for the main course I had the seafood rissotto, and my boyfriend had the whole grilled fish. They were outstanding. The service was prompt and professional. It was a wonderful evening and we will go back again."

"Went there with my husband before a show. We shared a Caesar salad and ordered the fresh whole fish for each of us. We arrived at 6:15. We were served the salad right away. At 7pm the waiter said our food will be out in 2 minutes. At 7:15 it finally came out. The red snapper was dry and over seasoned with salt and pepper. No time to order something new due to the show. The restaurant didn't charge us anything which was appropriate. The server did not check in regularly as he should have. Probably won't go back. Too many other choices in the area."

"Great place to dine! We were in the area for the weekend celebrating my fiancé and mothers birthday. Della notte made us feel very welcome. The food and atmosphere were great we were able to have dinner without a lot of loud noise. Our server Eric was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and steps of service! "I have been to Della Notte many times and on this occasion I took my neighbor there for her 65th birthday. When I made the reservation I included a note that it was her birthday. Upon arrival at our table we were both surprised to see the decorations and we were greeted to a complimentary glass of champagne. My guest was also treated to a desert of her choosing."

"We had dinner at Della Notte. This is my second time in 30 days visiting the Restuarant. Like my first visit, the second visit did not disappoint. The food was excellent. I had the Filet Steak medium. It was cooked to perfection. We also had the oven baked oysters for an appetizer. These were the best we had ever tasted. Our wait staff was excellent. They were very attentive.

I am looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend this Restuarant."

"I brought my wife to this place on our first "official date" 5 and a half years ago. We got married this past August so I thought it would be fitting to take her here for Valentine's Day. The food is fantastic and the customer service was excellent. You would think you're dining at some fancy restaurant in NYC or something. There is a nice piano bar there and the wine selection is impressive. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Lunch there is just too expensive! The food is very good, but the portions are meagre by American standards; would be considered 'normal' in European terms. The price does not match the portions. What really disturbed me is that I went online and looked at the menu before choosing the place for my group of 4 women; the main reason I chose it (beyond the free parking lot) is that it showed a nice selection of panini sandwiches in the $12 price range. When we got there, not only did they not have any paninis on the menu, when I asked the competent waitress about the paninis, she casually said that the menu changes frequently and the chef would make one if I really wanted it. Bait and switch."

"Because it was Valentine's Day the restaurant was very crowded and we had to wait for 45 minutes beyond our reservation time to be seated. In addition flowers I had ordered could not be located by the managemenet despite the fact that I had called earlier to let the Restaurant know that flowers were to be delivered. I also checked with the flower company who confirmed that the flowers had been delivered. Food was great service was great once we were seated but management needs some work."

"My wife and I dined at Della Notte for Valentine's day. While it was a very busy night for the restaurant, we would not have expected the manager (or head hostess) to argue with a waitress in the middle of the dining room. The waitress had many tables to look after and neglected to clear one of her empty tables. This prompted the manager to voicefully tell her that if she didn't clear the table then she would not receive any more tables. They bring bread to each table but we did not receive any oil/seasonings to go with the bread, as is typical in an italian restaurant. When we requested it, we were simply handed some olive oil. My wife ordered the tenderloin cooked medium, however it was cooked more on the medium well-well side."

"This was our second visit to Della Notte, and both experiences were great. Because we stop on our way home from DC, we have dined early (5:00), but the wait staff was very attentive, and we were seated at a window where we could people watch as we nibbled on the complimentary olives and bread. The menu is balanced and extensive, especially with the nightly specials. We started with salads, a Caprese and a Della Notte salad, and both were generous servings, perfectly dressed. The linguine with clam sauce was more spicy than conventional, but it was full of clams (a dozen clams atop a bowl of pasta that was already heavily laced with clams). The staff was very accommodating. Please try it!"

"Della Notte is one of our favorite restaurants for lunch and dinner. Great location with attached parking, which is a must in Baltimore. The staff is always professional and friendly. Of course we go for the food. Excellent selection, accommodating to your dietary needs, great flavors, at great prices."
