Ruth's Chris Steak House serves the finest aged, corn-fed USDA Prime beef. "We had a wonderful time for my boyfriend's birthday celebration! The table was decorated with Mardi Gras beads, and all staff wished him a happy birthday. The food was delicious and the servers staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond by printing us out a picture of us at the table with his birthday dessert. A manager also visited every table to make sure the customers enjoyed their visits. Based on the service alone, we would go back, not to mention that the delicious food will draw us back in as well!"

"My steak was over-done, sent it back, got a new one that was much too rare, sent it back and got the same steak back done perfectly. It was delicious! The manager even insisted on buying me dessert - the bread pudding is the best I've ever tasted. So regardless of a couple of glitches in the meat, it was worth it! Everyone makes mistakes but doesn't always admit it. The server and manager went out of their way to make it up to me, and they sure did. An excellent meal and nothing can keep us away from returning to this wonderful restaurant. Love it and everything about it."

"Ruth's Chris Hartford for years has been a favorite of ours. As in the past service was excellent; informative & attentive. Here's where the experience feel short: the food. New Strips very disappointing: inconsistent in size, not cooked as ordered & mine "flavorless". Over cooked asparagus & undercooked broccoli sides. These were not the delicious sides we've enjoyed on many occasions in the past. Normally we love a vibrant atmosphere but our table for 6 was by the restroom hallway & wedged between a table and a booth (my chair was adjacent to the person in the booth next to us)! It was awful for the servers, we were bumped into frequently & we felt exposed. Steaks and sides not worth the high price tag on this visit."

"Steak was very good. Sides, not so much... Were the mushrooms from a can??? They sort of had that canned texture. Au gratin potatoes were pretty boring. Flemmings is a much better choice. Chocolate dessert overcooked. Not moist inside as promised, very dry. We very truely surprised & disappointed."

"First and foremost, the food was perfect. I had the bone-in ribeye which was perfectly prepared. Unfortunately, the rest left a bit to be desired. The dining room layout is very condensed; tables are so close that it's difficult to get out of your seat without asking someone at a neighboring table to move. The dining room is very bright and very, very, loud. We had a hard time hearing our waiter list the specials. Also, we saw at least a couple of patrons in sweatpants. The service was decent, but left a bit to be desired. We weren't able to place an order until we had been sitting for about 25 minutes. I loved the food, but if you're looking for high-end service/ambiance, I wouldn't recommend it."

"Staff was very attentive. Calming romantic atmosphere. that being said was a little disappointed. my wife had to send her meal back as it was overcooked. Mine as well but I felt bad sending the first the first one back. My steak was a little overcooked to my liking but was delicious none the less. Our waitress was very helpful with all our needs. That being said we would go back again"
