"We had 7 for lunch on Father's Day afternoon. We were seated on time per our reservation. The waitress was attentive and helpful without trying to upsell everything. The food is very tasty with creative combinations and is artfully presented. We had drinks from mimosa's, to bellini's, to latte's. Good, but not special, and a bit pricey. Watch the bar bill for a large group, it gets up there pretty fast. We've been here before and will return again. If you like hot tea, try their cinnamon tea. So good you don't need to add sugar."

"We enjoyed our meal at Prasino but weren't blown away. The service was attentive and most of the food was innovative and well presented. Appetizer tacos were tasty but the special, salmon with risotto, was bland and the risotto was more suggestive of pine nuts than of what we expected."

"Such a great place to go for a nice date. Michael, the knowledgeable gentleman, assisted in introducing us to the drink menu and explained the different listings so we could choose a drink that suited us. We were greeted by a wonderful waitress and were provided food from the kitchen at a reasonable rate. Great ambiance allowed for nice conversation, and the outdoor area was splendid. Our glasses never empty. Our experience never dwindling. Props to this amazing place. I will be returning!"

"I took an out-of-town friend to Prasino for my first time visit. It was fantastic! My friend, who is a designer, tooks lots of photos of the gorgeous decor. The food and service were also excellent - we loved the Polar Bear roll and the halibut. Others have commented on poor service, but ours was excellent. We also had cocktails and mine was really delicious - Spring Thyme. All in all a great experience. The noise level was definitely high, but sitting side by side we were able to talk. The menu /drinks are pricey but it is a great special occasion / romantic dinner place. I will definitely go back."

"My mom and I visited Prasino because we love their food and gluten free menu choices. This was our second visit to the restaurant. While the food was great, the service was not. The bus boys were great with the water refills, but we were constantly looking for our waitress. I would have been a bit more understanding if the restaurant was even mildly busy, but we were the only table inside (there were maybe 5 tables outside). Every time I looked around for our server, I noticed two other servers gossiping with the two hostesses. Our server was nowhere to be found. I must say, I was a bit disappointed. I expected much better service."

"The food is always good at this place but the service is always a little slow. It took us awhile to get our drinks and even to order food. Don't get me wrong, the staff is very kind but everything always seems to take a while. I like this place and keep coming back but warning: don't come if you're in a rush."

"We've been to Prasino a few times, but this time was a miss on the service component. The food was great as usual and the Strawberry Mimosa was to die for, but the food for one in our party just never came. Only when we alerted the server did she look into why it had not come out. The food delivery person didn't question it and the server hadn't come for a while after it was delivered to check on us. Aside from an apology, there was no accommodation made for our guest besides us sharing our food until hers came. This won't deter us from going back, but please pay attention to this."

"Really nice vibe, quiet but also right in the hustle and bustle of division street. Fresh food, was tasty but not overly salty or seasoned, and not just doused in butter or oil either. The GF/Vegan pancakes were actually really good as was the simple greens salad. I also enjoyed the sweet potato hash. I didn't drink, but the drink list sounded phenomenal too!"

"Michael greeted us and after asking a few questions, choose a wonderful bottle of wine for us (Argentinian Cab)! We had the mussels, short rib and black cod. Everything was unbelievably good! I've heard brunch is also incredible. Can't wait to go back!"

"Been to Prasino several times and will definitely be back. We actually went early this time because of being in between events. I'm not usually into the dining at 5 pm but it was really heaven! The place was quiet and the service was stupendous (Thank you, Jeff!! You took such wonderful care of us and your recommendations were spot on! We lingered over our appetizers and dinner and it was just perfection from start to finish."

"I made arrangements for gathering with 3 families for Sunday brunch. This was a great spot because: a) they took brunch reservations (which a lot of places to not) and b) we could get a table for 6 and c) when 2 more people wanted to join us, it was not a big deal. The table was ready and they seated 1/2 of us while we waited about 15 minutes for the rest of our party to arrive. This was again great because many places require that all of your party is there before anyone is seated. The wait staff was super. The food was great. Prices were very reasonable. The sound level was energetic so there was a little difficulty with everyone at the table hearing from end end to the other. Otherwise, great spot!"

"Prasino has great waiters. They never let your water empty and they are incredibly friendly. I went with a few friends and we wanted to do family style. We ordered things the waiter recommended and they were all delicious. The lobster avocado was the best! The Pork Belly Tacos are also great. The cocktails are a little pricy but unique and delicious. Nice little Friday dinner with the girls..."

"I've been here twice now and had a good brunch. They have some interesting and unique food combinations and sparkling wine drinks to start your Saturday off right. The service can be iffy, nice servers just slow service so be prepared to spend some time there which is not bad when you're sitting outside on a nice day, unless you're waiting for your drink..."

"The ambience was great as was our waiter. The food was also fairly delicious, cocktails left a little to be desired. The one thing that really irritated me was that when I made my open table reservation approximately an hour and a half before we were supposed to arrive, I requested a table outside. Upon arriving we were told that it would be a 25 min wait for a table outside even though there were at least 2-3 open tables. Seemed as though making the reservation was pointless and ended up taking a table inside instead of waiting to get sat outside."

"We felt very rushed by our wait person. Too many check backs. Lots of asking us if we were ready to order. We were a party of three and we were presented our check at about 90 minutes into our dining experience. We did not linger over any courses. The bus person cleared one course without asking and we were still eating. I made him return the course to the table.

Food was great but we felt we were not given the time to fully enjoy the food.!"

"I love this place. The food is so good that we wanted to keep ordering. Everything was terrific. However,the noise level on a Saturday night was unacceptable. We had to scream to hear each other,which was not enjoyable. I would love to go back, repeatedly, but don't think I will because of the noise. I guess Prasino has been discovered for the gem that it really is."

The portions including their appetizers and tacos are very big and can easily be a main course if you don't want to spend $25-$30 for a main course. Great drink and wine list. "This place was fantastic! Our server, Jennevieve, was so enthusiastic about the menu, it made us excited about it too! Everything we ordered was amazing, with the exception of the lamb chops which were a bit overdone, but the flavor was still delicious (and the manager came right over and asked us all about it, he was so attentive, friendly and apologetic)! We only had starters and that was enough food because the portions were large and very filling. The specialty cocktails were perfect! The lobster avocado was out of this world as was the dragon roll and the mussells. We ended the evening with the Chomere dessert and it might have been the best dessert I have ever had! It was a perfect night, I can't wait to go back!"

"A lot of things have changed on the menu. I wish they still have the ability to sub your side of bread with pancakes - just make it an option! Also, bring back the corned-beef and hash! Otherwise, pretty good. Good omelettes. Nothing extravagant or to write home about, but always pretty good."

"We took some of our extended family there for a nice dinner last Sunday night, and everyone really enjoyed it. One thing to note: the "small" dishes are still fairly large, and are definitely intended to be shared. The tuna tartare was exceptional."

"Everything about Prasino was perfect. The carrot coconut soup was amazing, the braised short ribs were tender and flavorful, and the creme brulee was the best I have ever had. The space is large and yet it felt very cozy and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Every staff member, including the hostess and the valet, was helpful and friendly."

"We went to Prasino on a Sunday evening so it was pretty quiet but I could imagine the place being much louder when full. The food was excellent. Service was great at the beginning but a little slow after the main entrees came. Overall great dining experience!"

"Decent food and service. We would give them higher stars but here's what happened: we parked in their very small parking lot, and someone blocked us (and about four others) into our spots. We asked the restaurant for help, and they shrugged their shoulders for awhile before finally helping. I'm all about being patient and kind, but we had places to be!"
