"I like the Melting Pot when I go to Tulsa on occasion. It's different and offers a different experience. It's nice for a group or just a couple. "This makes the second try foe us at The Melting Pot. Loved it both times. I recommend joining the rewards club they offered. On my second visit I was able to get 6 of their speciality chocolate covered strawberries! Definitely going back for a 3rd time."

"This was my first time at this restaurant. I loved the concept and The food was great, the set up was ok. The waiter was very friendly an he explained the menu and wine list to us. He seems very knowledgeable of the menu. It took them a lot of time to refill our drinks - ran out multiple times - and bring out the entree and desert. A lot of people came and left and we were still waiting for our desert. Even a party of 5 that got there later than us got their desert before us. We had to stop another waitress and ask for it bc our waiter kinda got lost. That is the only thing I dislike. We spent around 2-2.5 hrs at the restaurant. If we had a dedicated server it wouldve been less. The long dinner messed up our after dinner plans."

"Enjoyed dinner with friends at The Melting Pot Tulsa. Our waiter, Bjorn, was terrific. Everyone at our table ordered the 4 course meal. We shared the Bacon and Brie to start our meal. Each guest ordered a salad and entree choice and we shared the Flaming Turtle chocolate fondue for dessert. A little on the pricey side but a fun treat."

"Service was excellent. Or waitress was Kassidy, I think that is the proper spelling of her name. Everything was so fresh and she was able to answer all of our questions. We were there to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and nothing went wrong. The manager, Billy came by and checked up on us towards the end of our meal. It was absolutely perfect. "This was an anniversary dinner for my husband and I. We had read online and had a basic understanding of the ordering process before arriving. The service was very nice, and attentive. The food was amazing, we enjoyed everything we ordered. We went with the 4 course, which I suggest for 1st timers. We selected the Wisconsin cheese fondue for the appetizer ( very good, port wine based ), then the strawberry almond salad, for entree we both got the Coq au Vin seasonings with Land & Sea, and for desert ying and yang. Everything was great. The prices were okay (especially for a special dinner). Overall - We are dying to return."

"My husband and I came there on Valentine's 2013. This is the one holiday that we try to go above and beyond for one another and our evening together. We chose The Melting Pot the morning of Valentine's day. Our reservation was scheduled for really late and that worked out perfect for us. Our experience at The Melting Pot was truly amazing! We had a wonderful waiter who catered to our every need and explained everything very well. We would definitely recommend this place to others, especially for couples to have a romantic evening."

"We have gone to the melting pot since it opened, the last few times it has not been as good as it has been, this last time was very bad, the worst experience we have had yet. the service was very slow, yes it takes a couple of hours to eat there, but we were at 4 hours by the time we were done. One of the burners at our table was not working properly, which caused one of the chocolate fondues to not taste very good.
The food as always was delicious, i will say however they changed the menu went to per person pricing, got rid of the big night out which included the coq a vin cooking style, which now has to be paid for seperately, needless to say portions are smaller prices are more expensive."

"My wife and I went to The Melting Pot on the Riverwalk for a Valentine's Day dinner. Our server (Kassidy) was superb. She was extremely courteous, pleasant, and helpful, as we had never dined at The Melting Pot. The food is very good, but somewhat expensive in my opinion. I see the restaurant being a good choice for special occasion dinners and not a "go to" choice for casual dining, mostly because of the prices. If you choose to dine there, leave yourself a good bit of free time because it is more of an experience than a dinner. We were there nearly two hours before we realized it."

"The Melting Pot was a great spot to spend a romantic evening. It's a slightly different experience having gone out with the idea being for you, the customer, to cook your food - but it was a fun experience nonetheless! Everything we had was delicious, but I don't feel there was anything special about the food itself, the ingredients/seasoning that went with it, or the quantity of the food that would be a real reason for the overall cost. In short the food was great, the atmosphere was nice, it was quiet and fun, just maybe not the best value. Not even close to good value."

"As normal the Melting Pot never disappoints when it comes to food and service. Was disappointed with the change in menu and the removal of "The Big Night Out." The new menu caused you to pay for each course separately, which if you kept all 4 courses the price was higher than the past. This cause our bill to skyrocket to $200 with tip and wine. Hopefully they'll revisit this change. If not, we may not be back for awhile."

"Although I had to change my reservation time,(and then was late for that one too!) they were EXTREMELY accommodating and gracious. This is great place for a long leisurely meal, (we ate for 3 hrs) which is one of my favorite things to do! It was my birthday and they brought me a card signed by all of the employees at work that evening.
The only thing that I wasn't wild about was the vegies. You dumped them in the pot and let them cook until you were basically done with the rest of your main course and then ate them. I feel it would be better if the vegetables were prepared in the kitchen and brought out hot and ready to eat. I am referring to the side vegetables, not the entree. Except for that, everything was really, really good!"
