"We have visited Osaka several times as we live in the area. This visit was terrible. We made reservations for Friday night. Our waiter seemed ok, kept talking about how he was from the Chestnut Hill location. We ordered an avocado roll as an appetizer, sake maki, tekka maki, their vegetarian special with tofu (some hot rox dish). It took over 20 minutes for the avocado roll to appear. We devoured this, we were so hungry. 20 min after that my dining partner got his sushi, but nothing on my entree. We had to flag down the waiter to ask him where my entree was. 1 hour after sitting down still entree. 1 hour & 15 minutes after we arrived the entree finally appeared. Food was ok, not worth the wait. Confusing part is they were not busy."

"Wow, twice in one week. As always everything was very enjoyable. Jordan and Nicki make us feel like we are all family. Food always terrific. Very busy sat. evening and a bit loud,but still fun."

"Great food but it is pricey. If you eat two sushi rolls and get an appetizer you'll spend $50 or more per person with tip. Overall not too loud. Decor is well done. We'll go back for sure."

"It's all about the hibachi and the chef...excellent work. My 7 y/o loved it and they provided "rookie sticks" which he loved.
Food was great and presentation was excellent.
It is loud. It is an event so there is always people yelling and cheering and fire and such. It is to be expected. But just as a general comment. It is a not the place for a romantic dinner for 2"

"The food was excellent. The chef was excellent. The waitress....not so much. Very rude and forgetful. When going to Osaka to celebrate, we didn't expect to have to deal with an attitude from the waitress. But that's exactly what we had to deal with.
The food is excellent, but its not worth having to deal with a rude waitress. We won't be back."

"Great sushi and Japanese selections. We have eaten sushi at some of the finest locations nationwide and this ranks right up there with the best. Why pay Morimoto prices in Philly or NYC when you can get the same quality close to home? Waitstaff are always well trained and knowledgeable which is so rare these days."

"Osaka is now on my all time favorite list. Our hibachi chef Heng was energetic, entertaining and this food presentation was top notch. The food itself was by far the best hibachi I have ever had so to say we enjoyed it was an understatement. I can't wit to go back."
