"This buffet was good but there was too much seafood. We went to a brunch at another location that had prime rib and ham and their shrimp was already peeled. Basil's was peel and eat. Very annoying. You had to walk outside the restaurant to hotel lobby to get the food. Also the other buffet had a chocolate waterfall. For 5 dollars cheaper per person, the other restaurant was better by far."

"We have gone to another restaurant for many years for special occasion brunches. They were bought out and the quality went WAYYYY down. For the same price as we'd paid elsewhere, we got better food, better service, a more convenient location AND bottomless mimosas at Basil's. What's not to like? We'll definitely be back as often as possible."

"First when we arrived we were seated in the atrium. None of the waitstaff came around after we were seated. I had to ask for drinks and if we can go to to buffet. Next, the tablecloths had water on them which inconveniently dropped onto my mothers and my clothes. When I walked over to obtain an omelette, no one was around to cook the omelette. When we needed coffee refills we again had to ask the waitstaff. The food was ok, but not what I expected for Mothers Day Brunch. I will never go to this restaurant again and would not recommend this place to anyone."

"We came here for mothers day because of their huge brunch buffet selection and to top it off they give you all you can drink mimosa's. We had a group of 9 and everyone in the group was in love with the food and the top notch customer service that was shown to us by all of the employees we came in contact with. The executive chef came out and thanked us for stopping in and asked how everything was. He's a nice fella, Chef Mark. Can't wait to come back for father's day!"

"Convenient, easy to find location (in Embassy Suites Hotel) near airport, with free parking. Food was acceptable, and the menu had plenty of variety. Service was attentive and pleasant--but the primary benefit of this restaurant is its location and its convenience to the airport."

"We went in for a special menu brunch buffet. We were a large party and very excited. The food was good, but we were disappointed in the food selection and service. We had to get up and find someone to get drink refills and our bill. There was a carving station but no side dishes to accompany them. Plenty of breakfast options, but something more than pea or ceasar salad, even steamed veggies would have been appreciated. Then the bill was wrong as we were charged for an additional adult. The restaurant at the Embassy Suites in Bellevue had a much better spread last year and we were expecting the same at the Tukwila location. We will not be returning again."
