"Always exceptional food & service. The wait staff caters to you & its a very elegant & intimate restaurant. Great place to celebrate special occasions. Eat here often & have never had a bad meal or experience. Always get cedar plank salmon, crab cakes are awesome, pork tenderloin medallions are tender & flavorful - food is always cooked to perfection."

"It had been over a year between since our last visit, and we were immediately reminded that this gem demands more frequent visits. Prompt and courteous staff, superior table service, diverse menu and delicious food. The bacon wrapped and generously sized 8oz filet is always a hit with the family, as is the accompanying fresh selection of vegetables and salads. Top shelf drinks from the bar are a delightful compliment to the food."

"We have been to 4th Street Chophouse several times over the past 6 months and the food has always been excellent. Portions are just right so you can enjoy an appetizer or dessert. They make their own amazing bread which is served with honey butter - delicious! The most impressive thing is the amazing staff waiting on tables. They always stop to chat and remember names of those who are regulars. This is often hard to find these days. We will continue to eat there."

"The dining experience at Chop House is always 1st class. Friendly hosts, attentive servers and management who comes around to say "hi" makes for a wonderful evening. We enjoy bringing our friends or family members to Chop House especially if they have not been here. "Overall everything was good. Our server was friendly and made some good suggestions. I ordered the Lamb med. rare, and the center was rare and the ends were well. The portion also seemed quite small, and they sliced it into strips. I have ordered lamb at almost every fine restaurant that I have been at, and I have never seen it served that way. You loose all of the juices. The server told my husband that the special was priced at $35 and charged us $40."

"This is one of Northern Colorado's best places. Great atmosphere, amazing menu, and a lively crowd. One of the best steaks anywhere can be found here, it certainly earns the name "Chophouse". From cocktails, to desert, everything is tasty. I love the wedge salad and have sampled several of their steaks, all perfectly prepared. I went for the Pork Roast with a peach sauce that was amazing."

"Starting of with a bottle of Pinot Noir wine which was excellent. The staff then asked if we were celebrating anything special, in fact, this was our 19th Anniversary. The hostess then brought us a Happy Anniversary card that looked like the entire staff signed. Pretty cool. The blue cheese crusted filets were amazing. The meat just melted in your mouth. Excellent taste, texture and the crusted blue cheese was amazing. Since it was our Anniversary they offered us a creme brulee which we had to decline as we were too full. Excellent restaurant and would highly recommend. Definitely a nice touch with the inquiring on a special occasion, the card and an offering on dessert."

"We had a very nice dinner at the Chop House. I had the 10 oz. sirloin and it was very good, but I did expect a little better quality of beef for the price. My husband had the filet with mushroom and although the filet was perfect, the mushrooms had such a smokey flavor to them, we thought it took away from the meat. Way too smokey for us. I would not order that again - would go with the horseradish or blue cheese filet. We had the appetizer = Chophouse Onion Straws with ranch & cajun emoulade. This was disappointing - not onion straws at all, but small onion rings spread out on a dish - the ranch and remoulade was very good, would not order this again since it's not onion straws :( Service was excellent, it was pricey - no happy hour"

"We enjoy The Chophouse for it's atmosphere & the fact that it really is not a great place to take kids. We have three kids & it is nice to go to an establishment that is geared towards adults & adult conversation without the interruption or noise of children. The wait staff has always been fantastic & attentive. Typically we have enjoyed the food as well although this time we were disappointed in the Lump Crab Cakes. It was difficult to tell if they even had crab in them because the cakes looked and felt like they had been put into the blender prior to being shaped into small circles. We expected "lump" crab cakes to have lumps of crab in them. They were a bit burned on one said as well. My husband's food was delicious as always!"

"Our server Casey was great, food was great, but the chairs are too short for sitting too long. If you want a taller table, you must request the booth when making the reservation. Also, for the prices they charge, the upcharges for the bacon bits, blue cheese crumbles and special olives from the bar are ridiculous."

"We visited 4th Street for a birthday occasion on my dad's 74th... Having not eaten in Loveland in a very long time, I found 4th Street on OpenTable and we couldn't have been happier. The food was excellent and well complemented by the outstanding service. Would definitely recommend and return for another dinner!"

"Friday night at 6:00. Started getting crowded but never seemed too noisy to easily hear each other in our party of four. I don't drink alcohol, so I wouldn't know if it was a great wine list or not. The cream brûlée was worth every calorie! WOW"
