"Great food. Great presentation. Great service. Drinks a little pricy but well made. Had a graduation dinner there and would definitely return. Definitely not your typical hotel restaurant food ."

"Great variety on the lunch menu with many different types of cuisine; I had a hard time choosing which to try! The Bite Burger (Kobe beef with bacon relish) was delicious. Garlic fries that accompanied it were just okay; not very garlicky, but cooked well; crispy. Reasonably priced."

"We were there 3 pm for a late lunch, so we had the restaurant to ourselves. The waitress was fantastic; the food was great & the view of Mt. Ranier was amazing!"

"We wanted to try something new, so we went to bite for lunch. My burger was prepared to perfection, and the accompanying fries were some kind of herbed garlicky blend that was totally addictive. The hubs had some kind of turkey, avocado sandwich that he loved, and an amazing banana-vanilla bean shake. Our server was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The hotel housing Bite has wonderful glass art on display. It was quiet when we were there, which the staff said was unusual for a monday at 1 pm. Definitely would go back, even if just to get my own milkshake."

"The biggest surprise was the food and wine value. This was NOT hotel food at hotel prices. We dined on a Sunday night, management had decided on an abbreviated menu expecting a quiet evening. At first we were disappointed but when we saw the attention to the prep and plating, our opinions changed as we understood they wanted all meals to be hot and fresh from the line, and they were. MUST TRY: Fries w/ gravey and also the seared Halibut. BTW, we live in Tacoma and dine out often, we were in search of a new experience and we were not disappointed."

"Food overall was good not great, they were out of some dishes and desserts that were listed on the menu. Portions were decent. Ambiance was nice and service was good. We did get automatically charged for a double on our cocktail and didn't ask for. Other than that, we'd go back again."
