"My previous dining experiences have always been excellent food but problems with service. However, my visit on May 17th, was excellent in every way. Had broiled Hamachi small plate that was outstanding, along with our favorites Kimche, and Miso Cod. Wait staff was very attentive and look forward to return visit. "A friend suggested dapur a year ago And We were certainly not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and Profesional . They know the menu backwards and forwards. We love the firecracker roll and lobster crunch roll which are both top notch. We also love Brussels spouts, tuna tartar and dapur slider. i guess everything is great at dapur .The prices are very reasonable considering the setting, and quality . We have brought do many friends here and all of them are regulars now . This is our number one spot in Fort Lauderdale ."

"Tonite I brought an out-of-towner, who is a TOTAL "foodie," to Dapur. We were served by Ryan, who is an excellent waiter, and makes dining at Dapur very SPECIAL. We had several items from the small plates menu. The Kobe beef sliders are BEYOND FANNNNNNNN-tastic. They are among the MOST delicious morsels, that I have EVER tasted. The Coco Shrimp were great. Our Bang Bang scallops were tender, tasty and succulent. The brussel sprouts were exceptional. My friend made me promise to take her to DAPUR once more,--before she leaves. We've eaten in some excellent restaurants this week. BUT, Dapur is her FAVORITE!!"

""This place is amazing. The food was crazy good and then on top of that we had the most excellent server that lead us to the most amazing selection of dishes. We were a party of 10 and everyone said that they will be back, matter fact we already booked Dapur private room for one of our friends' birhday party next month. 30 of us, set menu, private room and continue to the lounge for dancing after. Can't get any better than that !!"

"After we were at Dapur for ONLY a few minutes, the stressful day we had, EVAPORATED, and our day became SENSATIONAL. Our waiter, Ryan, took such great care of us, that we felt PAMPERED and PRIVILEDGED!! The decor also soothed us. The soft and romantic lighting created a feeling of serenity and tranquility. And, our food was extremely delicious and beautifully presented. We had the Bang Bang Scallops which were DIVINE. The Rock Shrimp were unique and tasty. Their Brussel Sprouts are beyond flavorful. The Stuffed Tofu ( with minced chicken) was exceptional. And we feasted on their exquisite Key Lime pie with Ginger ice cream for our desserts. Dapur is by far, the BEST Asian restaurant in South Florida, AND, with reasonable prices."

"My waiter, Tom, helped to make my Easter dinner at Dapur "eggceptional." The food is so "EGGsquisite" that I HAD to go there for Easter. Each time I visit Dapur, I am so glad to have discovered this restaurant. I always leave feeling so SATED and so Happy both in my taste buds and in the serene feeling that the decor creates. Dapur is a SPECIAL place to take guests to enjoy their FABULOUS Asian cuisine. And, the prices are very reasonable for such an up-scale restaurant. "Food is always amazing. They've just introduced few new items in the menu that's worth to try: the rudjak salad, the Asian delight, or the fire cracker roll. However, we didn't want to skip our favorites : Brussels sprouts , tuna tartar the grilled calamari and the super yummy Kobe slider. Luckily we had 4 other people to share with. Not to mention all of us had at least 2 of dartsmoor martinis, the muddled cucumber, st Germaine and gin. This drink is so addictive!!"

"Dapur provides a much- needed variation on the " chain " restaurant theme
In Fort Lauderdale. It is a true neighborhood spot with
an eclectic clientele. The food is fresh and pan-Asian --
With everything from sushi to seared scallops to braised
Jaw of yellowtail with yuzu. The shrimp martini with mango
Sauce is perfection. They even gave some interesting

"This was the second night in a row, that I dined at Dapur. That, in itself, is quite a recommendation. I can't get enough of their SUPERB cuisine. My waiter, Duvier, was gracious, accomodating and knowledgeable about the many menu items and choices. The ambiance at Dapur is elegant, sophisticated and creates a feeling of serenity. This restaurant consistently delivers EXCELLENT cuisine, at reasonable prices. If Passover were not tomorrow night-- I would have dined at Dapur three nights in a row."

"I live in Aventura, a 35 minute drive for me-- up to Dapur. It is well worth it. Their bang bang scallops are EXTRAORDINARY. Their brussel sprouts are "addictive." Their shrimp dishes are mouth-watering. I love so many of their dishes--that it is difficult to choose my FAVORITE one. All their food is EXTRAORDINARY. I am going to dine there TWO days in a row. That's how SUPERB this restaurant is!"

"Good food but service was awful , perhaps under staffed or inexperienced wait staff, only had the opportunity to order drinks once, was left hanging most of the night, when ordering dinner the waiter walked away in the middle and had to call him back, felt disrespected !"

"We love Dapur! The food is always on point and the drinks are excellent. For a Tuesday night, the restaurant was a little busy and only had 2 servers. Our server was very friendly and did his best, however, he did forget to place several items on order and our drinks were empty most of the time we dined."

"We came here for dinner on a Tuesday night, so it was quite empty. The service was great, and our waiter was so helpful in helping us choose from the large amounts of food they had on the menu. Between two of us, we chose to do 3 small plates, the Hot Tower, the vegetable dumplings, and the crispy calamari. We also got one big plate, the mandarin chicken. It was a little bit to much food but it was all amazing, especially the calamari. The waiter insisted on a desert called the "crispy sexy" which is tempura fried cheesecake with green tea icecream. I suggest you save room for that since it was the best dessert I've had in a restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area."
