Experience casual, upscale dining at the Seasons Bistro. Imagine…sitting in a high backed booth along an exposed brick wall, candle light, linen table cloths and napkins & black napkins. Seasons Bistro is where you would find yourself dining, located just off the square of McDonough, in an 1883 building. Live music completes the setting for a perfect dining experience.
Chef Sam Pagan began his illustrious career at the early age of eight. Under the tutelage of his mother, he acquired the basic culinary skills necessary for a strong foundation. During his time in the Navy, he also came to appreciate the unity that food brings to people. “Whether it is dinner, dessert or just coffee, great fellowship and personal connection through food always unites people.” Chef Sam. "This was our second time at Seasons Bistro. Our server, Amber, remembered us and she is very friendly and pleasant. Sam, the owner, is also friendly & welcoming. We very much enjoyed the live jazz band. The food is awesome. The must haves are the steak bruschetta, the Sicilian Chicken, and Raspberry Lime Cheesecake & the Creme Brûlée . OMG! We took my mother and she really enjoyed herself and is planning when she can go back too."

"We celebrated our wedding anniversary in style at this wonderful restaurant. The food was excellent, served piping hot, and a real taste treat. Loved the strawberry martini which was featured that day. After selecting a nice merlot, our server informed us they were out of that wine. The owner came right over, made an alternate selection and offered the same price as the wine we selected! The wine was excellent and the owner was super accommodating. We were impressed with all of it and will be back! As we have lived in McDonough for over 25 years, we are happy to see such a wonderful restaurant right here in McDonough! Thank you!"

"The scallop appetizer was very good as well as the lobster bisque. Main entrees were good. Filet was ok. Sicilian chicken was very good. But the highlight of the entire meal and the reason we would go back again was the dessert...OUTSTANDING!"

"Everytime we have been there the food has been amazing. Usually the service is great as well, not this time. We arrived early and were seated immidiately, that was great. We made the waitress aware we were not in a hurry, we didnt think she would avoid us the whole time. Ordered an appetizer, and drinks. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Finished the appetizers, and sipped on our drinks, ordered another one, waited another 15 min for that drink, once we received that drink we ordered our meals, and a glass of wine to go with the entree, I finished my meal before I was given my wine. Very disappointing. As we watched our waitress, we noticed that the reason we weren't getting our drinks is that she was so talkative with all her tables"

"Hostess was off to a slow start, leaving us standing a few minutes, then acting like she was unsure of our reservation but the server was wonderful. We will ask for her next time. Food was delicious except my husband isn't a fan of the under cooked crunchy mixed vegetables. His Capri Tuna was divine and my lobster bisque, salad and fish taco were great."

"Arrived for a 7:30 reservation on time. There were plenty of seats in the restaurant, however, they sat us next to another couple, where we literally could touch elbows. We requested to be re-seated, which we were, after the hostess "checked to see if she could".
Appetizer came with entrees, my husband's pasta was very cold. They took the appetizer off the bill, brought him another pasta dish, with no cream sauce on it. Also his boneless chicken had bones in it.
Frustrating that the table next to us, received excellent service. Apparently these are friends of the chef, who greeted them. etc. They were seated way after us, were served way before us, with piping hot food. Will not return, overpriced and over-rated."

"What a great 10th anniversary dinner! From the time we walked in, it was magical. The hostess was so nice, escorted us to a nice table in the back of the restaurant - very anniversaryish. They handled the flowers for me with a local florist (easy - just like their web page said it would be), and Chef Sam (who owns the establishment) stopped by the table a couple times to be sure everything was wonderful. He even dressed up our "death by chocolate" cake plate with well wishes for our 10th anniversary. Jordan, our server, was very professional, and made us feel very special. The shrimp and grits were the best Cindy's ever had, and my Capri Tuna was succulent and delicious."

"The overall dining experience was great. We were a little sectioned off from the rest of the diners because we were there for a business meeting. Even so, the overall ambiance and noise level were very pleasant. The food was very tasty, we had the fish entrees and were pleased with their preparation and taste. The vegetable selection could have been better, both in selection and taste. Overall, I would recommend it and will dine there again."

"The owner of the restaurant, Chef Sam, made a lasting impression on my husband and I. He went far and beyond with his level of service when we were not pleased with our seating location. He made sure we were accommodated and that our anniversary night was memorable. He even made sure my husband's meal was cooked to his unique specifications. They have earned customers for life! Great food and great service. A true neighborhood gem!"

"Overall great place. We requested a table in back via open table but they tried to put us up front in a tiny table with a window that got in the way. The hostess seemed flustered and put us in a table in back. She couldn't put the phone down to help us. Other than that the food was amazing, server was spectacular, and it was a great evening! "Restaurant is gorgeous, Chef very personable and friendly, however the food is just average cold and dry and our server was horrible. Not attentive, never checked to see if we wanted anymore drinks, disappeared for large period of time. With the service we received, we might as well as went to a fast food restaurant and got our food and drinks ourselves. In the restaurant's defense, it could be that they were not prepared for the crowd received with the Valentine's Day special they were running. The two selections offered on the Valentine's Day special, which cost $100 dollars, plus our drinks, was not worth the end total of $130. The service was so bad that the first time in my life, I tipped below the minimum 15%."

"We went to Seasons on a Friday night. We made a reservation through Open Table, and received exactly the seating we requested. The restaurant was busy/full, but not crowded. We attempted a return visit the next week on Saturday, and they could not get us in during peak time, so it is worth checking to see how busy they are.
Our meal was OUTSTANDING! The Shrimp Risotto, the Pork Chop, and the Sicilian Chicken were ALL excellent. So wonderful we woke up talking about what a wonderful meal it was, and hated to ever eat again, as it seemed nothing could compare! Our server was pleasant and attentive, and the bar poured a GOOD drink, which always starts our evening on a good note. Cannot encourage you enough, to dine here!"

"I was dinning at Seasons Bistro for Girls Night Out. We did experience a major kitchen problem. Two of us were served a dish that we had not ordered due to them running out of what we had ordered(we were there at 7:00 pm) , but was not told. We explained the situation to the owner,Sam and he was more then gracious to us to make things right. We did enjoy ourselves, the food was very good. I will return and give this little treasure another chance."
