"I made reservations for the Mother's Day Brunch and the food selection was incredible! Our waiter was a little slow on the coffee but he was nice. The only thing that would have made it better was more space. It was very difficult to get around and make it to the buffet with all the people coming in and out. I will be taking my mom and grandma there again next year. We love you guys!!!"

"The mothers day brunch was much too expensive considering the quality of the food and overall settings. the outside canvas awnings were very ineffective in keeping the sun of you. You spend a lot of time moving your chairs around to keep the sun off you instead of enjoying your lunch. I would definitely not take my family back their."

"This was a surprising find. Servers responded quickly to every request. Food was uniquely prepared and delicious. Free parking is a plus this near to the center of town, but is was a bit difficult to get my aging parents down the steps to the restaurant. All in all, a delightful experience."

"The Portobello Mushroom Reuben is our favorite lunch entree at the Oasis but this time we were there for dinner. Three-course special: a delightful carrot and coconut soup followed by the best salmon entree any of the four of us have ever had in a restaurant. We eat dinner at the Oasis on the way to SLAC performances and have rarely been disappointed. In this case it was exceptional."

"We attended the Easter brunch buffet at Oasis Cafe. As Easter brunches go (for $30 per person) the selection was very limited. The food was not well maintained -- most of the trays were mostly empty, and the food seemed old and cold. The eggs -- scrambled only -- were cold and hard. The meat from the carving station looked good, but was so tough I literally couldn't eat it. The chocolate fountain was fine itself, but the dipping items were limited to some very small cantaloupe and grapes. None of the typical brunch items like a cold cut tray, boiled shrimp, pancakes or french toast, etc. were included. The service was virtually non-existent -- I cleared our own plates, and received my requested coffee at the very end of the meal."

"We choose to eat at the Oasis one or more times whenever we are in SLC. Our last 2 day visit we dined there both evenings-there is that much variety of "must try" selections. The menu includes several unique dishes and excellent choices for vegetarians and vegans as well as meat nd fish. We reserved a place for Valentine's Day and the prix fixe menu was worth every penny. That evening we brought our own wine and they graciously served it without a corking fee. The Oasis is my all time favorite dining spot in SLC!"

"My girlfriend and I wanted a nice place where some vegan friends along with my steak loving son could order a nice dinner before attending an event at Abrovanl Hall downtown. We were already familiar with the Oaisis and really like the food and atmosphere. This evening was no exception. service and food was great and we were glad we chose it for this occasion. There was a computer error with the dinner special but they corrected it promptly."
