Bamboo52 Sushi Bar and Lounge has the longest Happy Hour in Hell's Kitchen. Fresh Sushi, Sashimi and Maki rolls are served from 11 am till 2 AM during the week and 4pm till 2 AM Saturday and Sunday. Come relax and "Just Escape" in our garden or dining room.

"Pros: Pretty good Sushi. good drinks. 2 for 1 happy hour til 9. Ladies night 2 for 1 after that. Nice outdoor garden area. Inside is good too. Cons: Service was inconsistent. We were especially annoyed when our food was in front of us for about 20 minutes before we received soy sauce dishes, even after we managed to track down the waiter and ask him for them. Eventually I got up and got them myself. Two minutes later he came over with them (not even realizing I had walked back and forth past him to pick them up)."

"We booked here because we got a bonus point table, and we could walk to our show at a theater nearby. We were hesitant because of some of the negative reviews, but we also suspected some of the negative reviews were themselves suspect. On our first visit, Bamboo 52 provided a great pre-theater meal, and we would go back. The sushi and rolls were very good (the california roll was particularly excellent, with beautiful avocado), though the lobster in one roll was a bit chewy. The service was adeequate. I liked our little table across from the sushi bar, but my wife did not like the seating, consiting of either small, tall, tables, or some kind of lower seating, seeming to be almost on the floor. We would go back."

"The food was solid, but the service was terrible. Our waiter ignored us most of the evening. I had to ask for water three times before it showed up."
