"I would dine here again for the very good food and the moderate prices, esp. for NYC !
The ambiance is so-so being on the cramped 2nd fl of a hotel, though with a street entrance and a steep staircase.

"We were a party of seven and had a very good dinner. The nice was that the restaurant gave us a room to ourselves where we could sit around a big round table which was very cozy. The food came promptly and everybody enjoyed thoroughly. The peking duck which they serve is delicious. The maître d' from Taiwan was nice, friendly and efficient though his English is a bit hard to understand. The portions are not too big, but we prefer that since we are not so big eaters. The only complaint is that the red wine was luke warm. Other than that all was fine and it is a place I can recommmend"

"We found S Dynasty to be a delightful place for dinner. It was nicely decorated, the food was excellent and the presentation was very nice. Service was very efficient and unobtrusive. We will definitely go back."

"Nothing like a sullen silent waiter when faced with an array of unfamiliar dishes. "We haven't been here before, what do you recommend?" USUALLY gets an enthusiastic response, but drew only a blank stare this time. Don't think we'll return."
