"This is close to where I live and I have not found many good Italian Restaurants in the Denver area so I took my wife there for her Birthday last weekend. Ww both ordered Seafood Pasta dishes and were dissapointed. While the Pasta was good and tasted home made the seafood in the dishes were not very good. While I had the Pescatore my Shrimp tasted off like there was some kind of sulphiding agent giving them a strange taste also the clams in that dish and my wife's were so small it was hardly worth the effort to get them. My waiter also forgot our Calimari order until I asked about it long after it was ordered. The prices are reasonable but if I am going out again I would be willing to pay more and have a meal I was pleased with."

"I wasn't expecting much from this restaurant, partly because it's located in a strip mall. Probably not the best way to judge a restaurant, but I tend to like the neighborhoods where they are situated. Having said that, we were in a hurry and didn't want to drive down town so this place was a great find. The service was excellent, and food was awesome. We shared the Risotto balls made with Italian sausage and they were full of wonderful flavors. I had the Gluten free Bucatini with Grilled Chicken and Basil Sausage which was also delicious (and the portion size was huge). I ended up having to have my husband finish the plate because there was so much food. We will definitely be back to check out some of the other dishes!"

"It is so nice to dine at a knowledgeable place when looking for good gluten free food! One member of the party was also vegetarian and there were many options. Good wine list, excellent service. My only complaint is that the price hike for gluten free food and bread is excessive. Why should we be penalized for our medical condition?"

"Each person in our group of 4 ordered a different entrée - pastas, chicken and veal - and all were very good. One person in our group is gluten free, and they have an extensive menu of both pastas and meat dishes to accommodate that need. Gluten free pasta is often marginal in taste and texture, but theirs was truly excellent. Being family friendly it is very noisy, and the tables are quite close together. We would definitely return and request a table in the back room where it seemed to be less frantic. All agreed that we would definitely return."

"Have eaten at the restaurant many times over the years. Unfortunately, last week's experience was not very favorable. The server spilled a glass of wine into our dish of dipping sauce for the bread and also on me. She never offered to replace the glass of wine (we had purchased a bottle), we had to ask for a new dish of dipping sauce, and she never offered to pay for the dry-cleaning for the off-white scarf that was stained. She was embarrassed, but that doesn't make up for the lack of consideration. The management needs to train their staff on how to handle these occurrences - because they do happen."

"The choices were amazing. Loved the make your own omelet bar. Fresh fruit, seafood, fresh sliced prime rib, multiple side dishes, a kid station, and a desert bar. Everything tasted great. With so many people for the holiday it was a bit loud, but expected with that many large family groups. Plenty of room for everyone to move and enjoy at the buffet. Got seated without having to wait. Great experience overall. Good price for the amount and quality of food offered. Would definitely recommend the Brunch to everyone."

"If you're in the mood for some great Italian food, good wine, and great service, you'd be hard pressed to find a better place than Abrusci's.
The ambiance, while not the quietest or most private, is... with the right table, quite comfortable. The price is right too."
