"THE QUALITY OF THE STEAK WAS POOR, NOT AS TENDER AS STEAK I HAVE PAID $18 FOR THIS ONE 8OZ WAS $39 ON A BED ON RUNNEY POTATO NOT GOOD. THE FISH WAS OK BUT NOT THE BEST. THE RESTAURANT IN SARASOTA IS MUCH BETTER. I MUST SAY THE SERVER WAS VERY GOOD AND DID HIS BEST TO HELP US. Also the music guy was very good."

"Overall, our experience at this restaurant was a pleasurable experience. The food was fantastic, and the server was very good. At the end of the meal, however, the server had a huge problem getting our checks correct. Since we were dining with another couple, our table was two checks, but the server switched our dates on the checks. After pointing this out, he went to correct the problem and brought the wrong checks, again! He was able to correct the checks and have them right for the third attempt. This entire debacle with the checks took ALMOST AN HOUR to get cleared up. AT NO TIME were we approached by a MANAGER . The MANAGER must have known about the problem, but must not have cared. One should not have to ask for a manager in that case"

"We really looked forward to our visit. Service without going into detail, was marginal at best. Certainly our guy meant to do well, but he was ovewhelmed! So, maybe they were understaffed on a Saturday Night. Who knows? You get the feeling on International Drive, that they don't expect you back anyway."

"It is very unusual for me to rate any establishment with a full compliment of stars (and in all categories, never). This was our 3rd or 4th visit to Tommy Bahama's, and once again, they did not disappoint. From the hostess, to the bar, the waitress, this is a first class customer service restaurant. They even called me the following morning to make sure our experience was enjoyable. Tommy Bahama's customer service business model should be taught to all customer oriented business. AMAZING!"

"We love Tommy Bahama's restaurants and seek them out when we travel (there are none in the area where we live). The coconut shrimp is to die for and is served with a spicy cole slaw which is also among my favorites. The Mahi was fresh and prepared to perfection and the excellent Key lime pie was the perfect ending to a most enjoyable meal."

"We were a party of eight who had an excellent meal at Tommy Bahamas. It was our first visit at this location. The food was outstanding - even my tuna which I ordered medium well. Our server never hesitated when I asked for that preparation and assured me that the fish would be fine. The children in our group enjoyed their meals and the spectacular desserts. The only glitch occurred when a birthday request was forgotten. HOWEVER I received a call from a manager regarding the oversight and a promise of free appetizers on our next visit. We were in Orlando on vacation so we did not have an opportunity to return BUT I received another call from the manager who took my home address and promised to send a gift card for our next visit!"

"We were looking for a good place for "Friday Night Dinner" on our annual Golf outing to Orlando and decided to give Tommy Bahama's a try despite mixed reviews. We found the food and service to be outstanding, one of the best we've had in our 4 years coming to the Orlando area. We even opted for desert and it didn't disappoint!! I would definitely recommend this to others."

"Had a fabulous time celebrating a birthday party. Our guest ranged in age from 18 to 66 years old, and everyone had a wonderful time. The early evening reservation gave us the opportunity to enjoy the day light to evening ambiance the restaurant offers. The service was great, fast, friendly and very knowledgeable on menu items. Food and drinks were delicious and fantastic as always, as we have dined at other Tommy Bahama restaurant locations. We were not rushed, felt very relaxed, well fed and we left feeling great, ready to continue our celebration for the rest of the evening."

"The restaurant was very nice and the food was wonderful. I had the crab stuffed shrimp and my partner he had their ribs which were fall off the bone. If you like creme brulee then you must try their pineapple one for dessert - it is served in a pineapple that is cut to the size of a bowl and baked - really enjoyed that one. The only drawback was our waiter he was never around when we wanted something but always there when we didn't but I would not let that stop me from going back for dinner again."

"I took my girlfriend here for a special diner. The food was good but the price was much too high for the quality of the meal. The wait staff was friendly; however, not very polished. The wait staff could really step it up a few notches and dress more appropriately as well as conduct themselves more professionally. If you want a casually experience save your money and select another restaurant. If you want something special eat at Hill Stone (the old Houstons)."

"The food was great and the chef gave us a dish not on the menu that evening. Nice place if you know a couple things; ask for the seating you want, don't allow the greeter to hustle you where they want to seat you."

"This was our first Tommy Bahama restaurant experience, we had their signature cocoanut shrimp starter and Ahi Tuna entree, both were outstanding. Usually we avoid 'chain' restaurants, but in Orlando this appears to be the trend. We were impressed with the menu and the service was above and beyond. Highly recommend."

"Ate at 3 Tommy Bahama restaurants this trip to FL. The garmin said this one was on the opposite side of the street. Parking garage nearby handy but hard to maneuver. Tortilla soup is great. Cuban sandwich excellent too. Desserts--key lime--very good. Tilapia was a favorite for my wife. All the TB restaurants were worth a trip. Shopping at this one was good too--had some things the other stores have not and we have been to about 8 stores in the last 2 weeks all over FL. I was afraid it would be packed at the restaurant and used "open table" just in case. We were there before the crowds but open table worked well. The place was nearly full when we left. The Naples TB--use open table or call for sure."

"We had a very nice dinner on Foodie Friday. Tommy Bahama's will send you the password for that Friday, for a special "treat", if you are on their email list. Today it was their "famous coconut shrimp". It is always delicious. I had the grouper that was the evening's special, and it was accompanied with an excellent roasted sweet potato and black bean hash. My husband had the baby back ribs, which is a favorite. For dessert, we had the pineapple coconut cake and the chocolate mousse cake which were divine. Our server, Joe, was attentive and very affable."
