"Lulu was our waitress and from my arrival, which was 1/2 hour early, providing me with beverages and refills until my guests arrived and we were never lacking for anything. Had two children along 4 and 6 years old and they loved their kids menu foods, the coloring crayons, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone. Oh yes...the FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONAL! and we don't even want to mention how great the desserts were...mmmmm good!"

"The veggie burger I had was really good. I am always worried that I will not find any options when I go out to eat, as I am a vegetarian. But they had a few selections. Although it was a bit warm we did sit outside. It was nice once they turned on the misters. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. I changed my mind on my side and he was able to make the change for me."

"As always there food is good and most of the service is great except this time. My wife as always wanted to dine outside and there was tables available including one we always sit at but the hostes said we cannot sit there because it is only for parties of 5 or 6 and we were 4. Never had that before but I did not feel like talking to a manager about it, so sat inside. This would have not been a good impression if it was my first time. After we finish and walk by the table there was a couple with 2 kids. Hmmmm!"

"One of our favourite Scottsdale eateries. On this visit, service was a bit of a slow start, but improved once we asked for attention. The Crab Bisque was enjoyed by e of our party of 4. As always, the Sanibel Chicken was off the chart excellent, the Chicken Jambalaya special was okay (a chicken breast on a bed of Israeli couscous (unusual) with shrimps and sausage). The gluten free choice was ribs."

"I have been dining at Tommy Bahama's for years and was disappointed with this visit. The food quality is still good and we could order from the lunch menu which has a good selection of salads and sandwiches if one doesn't want a full dinner. However it was very noisy.... I am not sure I agree with the selection above as " energetic" . We chose to sit upstairs away from the bar which I had hoped would be quieter. Re the service... I was disappointed with the service this visit,"

"This restaurant was so noisy that we could not even hold a conversation with others at our table. The number of small children was overwhelming---all trying to overscream the other one. This may be a difficult problem to fix so it means we won't be back."

"We ate at Tommy Bahama's twice during a recent visit to the Scottsdale area. My spouse has some food allergies which the kitchen ably accommodated by modifying a couple of dishes on the menu. The food was very good on both occasions and despite being relatively busy our servers were helpful and personable. Oh and the key lime pie for dessert was excellent!"
