"We dine at Santiago's Bodega quite frequently. The food is always amazing and nightly specials make for an affordable evening out. Alan and the rest of the staff are incredible. There are a lot of nice restuarants in Key West, but none like nor as good as the Bodega!"

"As a local Key Wester, Santiago's is at the top of our list of places for a great dinner, a special occasion, or a spot to take out-of-town guests when they visit us. This was a repeat visit for our guest, and though she was only visiting for 4 days, we had such a great time and the food was so good (as always) that we actually considered going back again before she left. ALWAYS on our order list are the the pear & avocado salad, stuffed dates, saganaki (better than at a Greek restaurant in a town full of Greek restaurants), and beef tenderloin; and then from there we've tried just about everything else on the menu without disappointment. If you can manage, save room for the bread pudding dessert. It's among the best I've ever had."

"The tapas were superb. Stuffed dates wrapped in prosciutto were fabulous as were the beef tenderloin, the brussels sprouts, and everything else we tried. The only downer was the rack of lamb (delicious)----a couple of pieces of which were too fatty. The service was excellent and if you don't want a lot of noise, eat in the first room you enter when you walk into the restaurant. It's smaller and was much quieter than their main dining room. Thanks for a delightful eating experience. It was our best meal in Key West."

"Took my wife here for our anniversary and it was great! Everything was fantastic. Our server was fantastic, the red and white sangria were great. Every tapa we had was super. One of the chef's specials, scallops with a goat cheese spread, were out of this world. The beef tenderloin was great as well. You should know there is a blue cheese topping on the tenderloin but that too was remarkable. The beef short ribs were also great. Service was very prompt, greeters did not have us waiting for even 2 minutes. Our glasses were never empty and the waiter seemed genuinely interested in how we heard of the restaurant and the reason for the visit. We did not eat desert here but I wouldn't be shocked if it also was great! This place is a must visit!"

"There are many good points to Santiago's - the plates were perfectly sized, and many were interesting in texture and flavor. The encrusted lamb chops were particularly tasty. A few dishes were not seasoned well - like the grouper. The wines by the glass were well-matched with the food. It was fun, and we'd go back."

It's a Tapas style restaurant and my partner and I shared 5 plates which was more than enough. We highly recommend the pear and avocado salad, the scallop and chorizo kebabs and the pitta bread with houmous. The flavours were fantastic and rated AAA in our opinion.
It's a nice atmosphere, a little busy but when you taste the food you can see why they're so busy.
Highly recommended. We are on a vacation from the UK but if we are ever back in Key West (or Orlando) in the future, we will definitely go back to Santiago Bodega."

"We have been going to Santiago's for the last 4 or 5 years during our yearly trip to Key West! The food, service, and Sangria are always consistent and great! Reservations are highly recommended and we have made one each time we have gone because this restaurant is unique and very busy! "We had a party of eight that had a great evening. The food offers something for everyone and the staff is engaging and accomodating. The wine list is nice, the Sangria delicious and there is beer if you do not do wine/sangira. No hard liquor sets the tone, emphasis on food, friends & family. "The food was delicious, delivered good portions (tapas style) and the service was very friendly. We were a party of 4 and shared one full size salad and 6 different tapas. We thought it was just the right amount of food for the evening. I didn't sample the dessert, but it looked delicious as well. I really liked the location - it was off the main drag of Duvall Street so you wouldn't necessarily know about it unless you did your homework and looked for the more "non-touristy" places. There was a very large party next to us that was very loud so it made it a little hard to talk among ourselves without "yelling", but overall, it was a very memorable place and I would definitely go back! Tip: Make a reservation."

Our group of five loved everything we ordered except the Brussels sprouts, and that's only because one of our favorite restaurants back home makes a version that's impossible to top. Our waiter, Alan, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even offering us tips for other places to try in Key West. He also was quite skilled at refilling our sangria glasses without us noticing! The only drawback we experienced was the noise level. The table next to us was so loud we couldn't carry on our own conversation."

"Heard this was the place to go from several people. It did not disappoint. We ordered the pear/abaca do salad, mushrooms wrapped in bacon, crabcakes, sangria and the cheese plate. Everything was great and they brought the servings out perfectly-not all at once an not much time between each. Definitely try this place and make sure you get the Sangria!"

"Santiago's Bodega has to be the best restaurant in Key West. That is really saying something, Key West although a tiny Island that has its share of overrated tourist places is an island of great restaurants. It is without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Key West and in my top 5 of anywhere in the world I have eaten. Among those 5 it is impossible to establish a hierarchy. General Manager Steve Trieu and every staff member are consummate hosts that provide a delicious gourmet menu supplemented by wonderful specials that change daily. In a word FANTASTIC."

"We arrived without a reservation, but were promised that we wo uld get a table. Were able to be seated in about 30 minutes; still working on our drinks. All employees were fantastic; great at their jobs and attentive. All our meals were excellent. They wine list is very comprehensive for a basically an outdoor under the trees Key West dining place. And there is live music as well, although sitting to the far right of the stage we didn't hear much. At least that allowed conversation. Two thumbs up from us!"

"This restaurant is a must when visiting Key West! We sat outside on high stool chairs and our waitress was a delightful, young woman. The staff was friendly and worked as a team. The food was different and so delicious. My husband had never had tapas before and he enjoyed each plate as it was served. It was a wonderful meal and great fun! The salads are large, the dates, the bacon wrapped mushrooms, roman meatballs and ribs were top rate."
