"From the looks of the restaurant you expect good service and decent food. Unfortunately, the service is just plain horrible. The hostess had to ask me at least 4 times if I was here with a party of 8 when I clearly told her it was a party of 4. When my 2 friends arrived, she completely forgot and asked me how many...unbelievable. When we were seated, they gave us 3 menus instead of 4. And it took the waiter 10 minutes to come to our table to introduce himself despite the fact that we say him passed a few times...it wasn't until we said out loud, "would be nice if we had a waiter" that he overheard us and finally came to our table. He had an attitude .Wouldn't go again!"

"there was a party going on in a large portion of the dining room - kids screaming and running all over! we had to ask to move our table/booth, since it was right next to the large party. we honestly could not hear each other talk. finally, the staff did move our table, which was a bit better, but not great, since the kids were running all over the entire restaurant screaming. if we had not met another couple there I would have left. it took forever for the waiter to get us water and even longer for a drink. various waiters waited on us sporadically - no one was attentive. I love indian food & was looking forward to eating here. the food was just okay. I was extremely disappointed in the service and the chaos."

"The restaurant was lovely. The food was better than expect, given some bad reviews we have read. In fact, it was good. We particularly liked the bhindi and also the cauliflower appetizer. Chicken tikka masala was a disappointment. Service was a little too fast but not because they were pushing us out. I would like to go back in better weather to experience the roof top bar. We will definitely be dining there again."

"they were so disorganized and frazzled perhaps they had a private party upstairs. At least 50% of the diners were complaining and a few were served only after they got up and threatened to leave. I know restaurants can have a bad night due to being short staffed or what have you but this was a DISASTER. I would never dine there again nor do I recommend it. Oh, and the food was so-so."

"I am going to be very fair with this review. The food is amazing, just delicious and the restaurant is beautiful and very clean. However the service is scarse, but not bad when you actually get someone to attend to you. Flagging down waiters is not my cup of tea and it surprises me that a restaurant of this caliber would struggle with staffing. The management needs to hear this... If you want to stay in business, you must hire double the amount of wayou staff for weekend service. You need 2 hostesses. If you plan to eat at Mint, you will love the food, the chicken tikka masala is a must have. The chicken tandoori is flavorful and tender and the rice dishes are all excellent. Just remember to pack your patience."

"There is something very wrong with the operations at this restaurant. The food is very good, but we waited an hour and a half to have it served. In between arrival and the delivery of our dinner, we were virtually ignored by the staff. We were seated in a prominent position so it was not that the staff did not notice us, they simply had nothing to give to us or tell us, and apparently, did not believe we would want another drink, etc. Very strange. We were not alone, everyone waited extremely long periods for their meals to arrive, so this was not an isolated problem at our table. Unfortunately, as good as the food is, it is not worth the wait, hence the poor rating. The owner(s) should be ashamed of this shoddy service."

"They were very understaffed, and one of the servers was probably not even 15 years old. Everything took forever, I had to constantly try to get my server's attention. My boyfriend and I ordered the lava cake for dessert, which was served extremely cold. The rest of the food though, was actually really great."
