Using only freshly-prepared, local ingredients in all of our dishes…Offering wines that come from environment-, and earth-friendly growers…Friendly, polite, and accommodating servers who invite you in and make you feel at ease as if you are a welcome guest in their home…This is Max's Harvest
The atmosphere in our restaurant is much like that of a dinner party at home, and we only feed you what we would feed our own families. In fact, we believe the best medicine is at the end of your fork.
Together with our local suppliers, we strive for sustainability and believe the best-tasting food is that which has just been picked from the garden, lovingly raised at the hands of local farmers or just plucked from the branch of a tree.
Come dine with us. Celebrate the moment. Enjoy the Harvest.
"We dined at this restaurant a few times when they first opened and were not impressed. On our recent visit the food was excellent, the service wonderful and the farm to table menu was superb. We will certainly return and are looking forward to it"

"My husband and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary dinner at Max's Harvest this past weekend. The service was impeccable and the food was devine! Our waiter, Dwayne, was personable and ever so pleasing! The seared tuna tacos (small bites) were tasty and seared perfectly for our liking. The Pumpkin Swordfish was a real treat and the risotto was a unique blend of several vegetables and tasted yummy! We would highly recommend this restaurant to couples, friends, and to those celebrating with a small group. We sat outside in the back of the restaurant. It is nice to have a bar inside and out back...it gives the restaurant a relaxed feeling as well as plenty of room!"

"It's always a pleasure going to Max's Harvest and brunch is more laid-back than dinner. We were able to enjoy the serene outdoor setting and it was quiet enough to have a conversation. The food was excellent, as always, and so was the service."

"We had dinner on the Saturday night before Mother's Day. The place was (as you would expect) nearly packed, but the meal was superb. We had the buratta and heirloom tomato salad, which was wonderful (though the inside of the cheese was not runny enough), followed by either the seared scallops with black rice or the local day boat swordfish. Both were excellent. Our server was very sweet, but something of a newbie. Our only criticism is that their wine list is pretty boring. However, they stock what their customers order, so perhaps it's not their fault. We will definitely be back."

"Food and service were very good...but we sat in a back room of the restaurant and the crowd noise was noticeably loud, most probably due to the nature of the space."

"Overpriced restaurant in a trendy location. Out of main course on menu (chicken ) out of wines offered on wine list. So so overpriced place in a sea of many restaurant choices that does not stand out"

"BIG disappointment. Dined here before, & at that time, were pleased with food & service, that we took advantage of buying a $120 gift certificate for $100. My fam dined May 5, & was a disappointment. Meatballs were way too salty. Lettuce of the Iceberg wedge, wilted. Swordfish overpriced ($34 for a very small piece). Risotto Cake overly salted. The service - terrible. Wayne came over once after food was served to see how we were doing. Had to ask for extra soup spoons 3 times, murder trying to find our waiter to get refills on coffee and water. Since we had 5 people (5 adults and 1 child), an 18% tip was added to bill (which totaled $200 – with one glass-wine). I will never buy a discount deal a restaurant offers like Max’s Harvest."

"Our waitress, Jene, was so sweet. The food was delicious as always. The truffled deviled eggs are amazing as are the goat cheese croquettes. I got a caprese salad with burratta cheese which was great. My husband got the risotto cake which was very tasty. For dessert we got the donuts, which I highly recommend. We sat in the back which was nice because it was less noisy than the front. Food is always fresh and the quality is really there!"

"Max's Harvest is a top choice for me when visiting Delray Beach. The food choices are tremendous. I love the chicken and my husband loves the burger! Salads are awesome. Nice wine selection and beer too. I love this place!"

"The food is amazing and fresh. Everything was delicious. Not over salted or too much of anything. Great wine list and I loved the 3 course for $49. We all got something different so we can all try the different dishes. Good service. A little on the pricey side...but it was very much worth it. Make a reservation...they were so busy they were turning people away. Can't wait to go back."

"Portions were smaller than usual, particularly the beet salad and the scallops. Scallops not fully cooked and do not go well with black beans. The vegetables were limp and burned. The swordfish dish was excellent. Service was excellent. Complimentary champagne for our anniversary was a nice touch."

"Food was excellent but not cheap. Other than the noise (Saturday night) everything was very nice. I was somewhat disappointed because if I'm spending $150.00 for dinner with two glasses of wine I would like to have a somewhat romantic ambiance. A little to fast-paced this particular evening."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our first experience at Max's Harvest, which happened to be a celebration of our 28th wedding anniversary. Toni is a fabulous waitress. My wife had the chorizo-crusted swordfish and said was one of the best swordfish dishes she'd ever had. I had a taste and had to agree. I had the risotto cake, a vegetarian dish superbly prepared. All ingredients were fresh, local, and in season. We shared the freshly made cinnamon sugar doughnuts with vanilla and fresh berry dipping sauces, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The only negative was a small part of the interior decor. We happened to be seated at a lovely table for two right next to a not so lovely aluminum framed window. Cover it and you're outstanding!"

"This is my second visit to Max's and it won't be my last. Enjoy taking out of town guests there to enjoy farm to table experience. This time we shared an entree so we cold expereince a few more appetizers and also their home made donuts for dessert. We loved everything we tired. Will go there again."

"One of the beauties of OpenTable is catching trends towards certain restaurants. Following this place through OpenTable(live Broward) I realized thru OpenTable that this was a must try. Very glad we did. Food ,service, atmosphere, exceeded expectations.which having been reviewed by OpenTable as a rater,& deemed a tough cookie ,saying exceeding expectation speaks volumes. Would easier put this on par with some of our favorite brunches, such as Sugarcane & Michael's Genuine in Miami"

"The menu and food are creative using fresh locally sourced ingredients. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We sat in the back patio area which was lovely. The only issue is the door to the garbage area is at the back of the patio and was opened several times while we were eating close by. A minor issue but an intrusive one."

"Love the farm to fork concept. Menu is has an array of choices which start out as small bites to apps and then main course. Did the harvest tasting menu which was an app, main, and dessert for a reasonable price of $49.
Service was outstanding and I really like how they didn't rush us.
Will definitely go back and have told all my friends about this place."

"Our overall experience was just okay. The goat cheese croquettes and caprese salad were excellent but the deviled eggs, burger, and swordfish were average. When we said we couldn't eat another bite our server disappeared for over 20 minutes. Everyone we know loves this place but our experience was mediocre."

"We have been to this restaurant many times and find the food has recently gone down significantly. The tomato soup tasted like something out of a can and the starter beet salad had virtually no beets and was very average. The main courses were OK but not for the price. My biggest complaint is the wine list; limited choice and ridiculous prices. I doubt we will go back."
