Welcome to Hensley’s Top Shelf Grill, we are a family owned Upper Scale Steakhouse. All of our steaks are hand cut, handcrafted, and cooked over a wood grill. We also offer a nice selection of seafood including fresh specials daily. We love to be challenged, if you do not see something on the menu that you desire. Let us know if we can craft it, we will. If you are planning a special day and wish to have something not on our menu or meal specially made for your occasion, let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your need. Some items take 72 hour notice.

"Food was great. The service started out being great, but then wasn't so great. However, they were very busy as it was Mother's Day. This was our first time and we plan to return. The restaurant was remodeled from a previous restaurant that we went to. They did a great job."

"Dinner was excellent. I have been here several times and it has always been excellent. This was the first time for my family to visit Hensleys and they were all pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Food was excellent and service was superb! The management really does a good job with their staff training. I have never had a bad server at Hensleys."

"Never again! Big mistake to try this place on Valentine's Day. The overall ambiance was very redneck strange. We started with an appetizer that would have been fabulous but was severely burned. My wife had lamb, which tasted like it was defrosted from a 6 month incarceration in an industrial freezer. I ordered a 16 ounce ribeye that was way below Longhorn quality, maybe approaching Texas Roadhouse level, maybe not even that good. The service was a bit creepy, overly talkative but not in a particularly friendly way. What was most offensive about the evening was the pricing. We dont have a problem spending $150 on a meal on a special occasion, but this menu is horribly overpriced. $36 for a completely mediocre steak is offensive."

"I have had Calimari all over the U.S., and this was the worst I have ever had, thick and chewy is not what I was looking for. The steak was tough and the green beans were undercooked. The Creme Brulee was good and the highlight of the entire meal. I am not sure I would visit Hensley's again."

"Off the beaten path, this was a perfect place to relax, unwind, and create memories. Great attention form the moment we entered, attentive reception, pleasant, caring staff, took interest in our evening, great discussion and suggestions regarding the menu, a good working knowledge of explaining the menu, fulfilled all requests and Chef Dave even took the time to stop by the table for a visit. We enjoyed the outstanding atmosphere, food and service. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a place that makes you feel like your the only people in the place. "This was our first time here, and everything was perfect. We arrived 30 mins early, but were seated in 5 minutes. Kara, our waitress was friendly, professional and very attentive. The menu had plenty of variety to choose from, appetizers, entrees, salads, and desserts. We both had steak, and it was so tender it just seemed to melt in our mouths. Our salads were fresh and the house dressings tasty. The mashed potatoes were ALMOST as good as my wife's famous mashed potatoes. We did not have to wait for any of the courses to be served, and did not have to wait for our check (often my pet peeve). We will definitely go back again to try some of the other dishes on the menu."

"This is a nice upscale restaurant in Yukon. Everything was great. I have two dings. 1) a steak house should know how to cook a steak and not have any of it char even if you order it well done. 2) the waitress did not know her menu while asked if raisins were in a dessert. She said no and then when it came out loaded with raisins she was hesitant to be of help. Customer is always right. I still leave the rating high because everything else was wonderful. My wife's salmon was so moist if I sat my steak next to it it could have been rehydrated!! Also if we had one of the other waitresses I know we would have been taken care of a little better as well."

"I wanted to take my daughter, son-in-law along with my 2 grandsons (ages 5 & 7) some place nice for dinner while I was visiting from Oregon. Found this little gem and was happy to hear that they had not had the opportunity to try it. The food was absolutely delicious with every mouthful a taste sensation! I believe the food was the main topic of conversation throughout the meal. A truly memorable evening. Genuine warm and welcoming staff. A wonderful experience and I am sure to return next time I am in Oklahoma. As for my daughter and son-in-law, they have already chosen what they will be savoring on their next visit. Thank you!"
