"Apparently, the restaurant stopped checking OpenTable reservations, as it was not aware of the reservation at all. The food was good as always but service was dreadful. It was short-handed and basically had no wait staff; just one of the cooks occasionally came out to check on patrons. Unfortunately, this person barely spoke English. Some patrons waited 10+ mins just to be seated and 30+ minutes just for the food to come out. There was another couple who were waiting 10+ mins just to get their check. And they ended up having to wait 30+ minutes more because the bill was tallied wrong and the refund was slow in coming.
Food was good as always, but the restaurant really needs to be more consistent in terms of services."
