"After many years of going to the restaurant I feel that I have found my perfect combination of sauces, then on this visit I change one small thing and it was a tasty new meal. That's one of the best parts about this restaurant, just by changing a few combinations you unintentionally create a new menu item. I also like the fact that your meal comes nice and hot, and quickly."

"Cooking took a lot longer than usual. The soups were way too salty. The waitress never came by when we wanted to order drinks. She didn't tell us That if we spent 30 dollars then we would be able to get a free drink until we got all of our food ready to measure how much it was."

"I am from red deer and I have been to the Mongolie grill there lots and I have never had a problem! So I thought the downtown Mongolie grill in Edmonton would be even better! Our server didn't offer any 7 of us after our first alcoholic drink a refill. She was so preoccupied. Our food took an hour at 9:00 at night. When she asked if we would like extra sauce all seven of us got one that took 30 minutes by the time she came back some of us ate our meal and others waited by the time the sauce came it was cold. All of our waters and drinks were empty throughout our whole meal. I was really disappointed cause it was some of the 7 people's first time and they all were very discouraged by the restaurant."

"First experience with Mongolie Grill. I posted on Facebook earlier in the day that I was going and at least 3 people warned me about how much I should put in my bowl. I was pretty conservative because of it and my bowl still weighed $18. It was nothing fancy, salmon was dry, needed more sauce. Won't go back, there's better places for the money. I'm kind of surprised this place has lasted as long as it has. Something simple they could do for customer service is add the sauce after weighing."
