"My entree of mushroom ravioli tasted as though the sauce was from a gravy can.Too heavy. My husband's seafood dish was very good, he said. We asked for a romantic table and then a family with small children were seated next to us. That shot any romantic feelings as well as feeling rushed by our waitress throughout the dinner in spite of our asking not to place our order all at once.I used to love the food but not anymore."

"My husband and I tried Arrivederci for the first time on a week night to celebrate his birthday. We'd read some reviews and looked at the website, but otherwise didn't know what to expect. It appeared online as more upscale than it is. In reality, it's just a nice neighborhood joint, tastefully appointed, but nothing spectacular. The service was courteous and friendly. The food was FANTASTIC. (Do not miss the Mushroom Martini on the appetizer menu.) But the kitchen staff was extremely loud. We had Frank Sinatra playing in the dining room but the Rolling Stones BLARING from the kitchen. Plus they were banging and yelling, then hollering through the front door to people in the parking lot. Very disruptive. Otherwise, we had a lovely meal."

"We had reservations for Valentine's Day. Understandably it was busy, but we waited 20 minutes before I flagged down our server and asked for drinks and water. We were seated before the table next to us but they managed to eat their entire meal before ours even came out. The only saving grace was the bottle of wine that our server recommended (which was finished before the food got there because the service was so slow). I was hoping for something a little quieter and romantic, but I was literally sitting a foot away from somebody I have never met. The food was pretty good. I would probably be willing to try it again on a less busy night."

"Excellent food. Everything that we have tried here has been delicious. Terrible wine list. What a shame that with such good food, they have such poor choices in wine. Service was poor to fair. Our waiter was snitty. He kept our water filled, which was thoughtful, but then forgot to bring our appetizer, and to return our leftovers. I will probably consider ordering food to go in the future."

"Went for Valentines day and it looked like the restaurant broke up every table in the restaurant to make seating for two. The problem with this was that there was zero privacy at each table. We had to talk over the table inches next to us. Also, service was poor. Very slow and our server was rude. He clearly showed he was not happy to be working."

"This is definitely the harshest review I have ever had to write. The service, from the moment we walked into the door, was absolutely horrid. We were not greeted kindly by staff and after being seated, the waiter came over and removed the wine list from our hands. It was rude, obnoxious, and made us very uncomfortable. The waiter did not introduce himself, did not share specials, did not look at us in the eye, and treated us rudely the entire time we were there. For those dining in the future, I would recommend not sitting at a table with Tom. He made the experience awful."
