This classic American bar and grill features mouth-watering burgers as the centerpiece but with a wide array of menu items and clever cocktails, there is something for everyone. Burger enthusiasts can indulge in the classic 5 Napkin burgers for which this restaurant is renowned. In addition to the beloved original 10 ounces of fresh ground beef with Gruyere cheese, caramelized onions and rosemary aioli, there are 8 ounce editions featuring the Bacon Cheddar, Turkey, Veggie, Lamb, Tuna, Inside Out and even a Burger Salad. While the burgers may be the headliners, the diverse menu of expertly prepared American classics entice foodies to come back nightly. Additional temptations include Wasabi Deviled Eggs, Pimento Cheese Potato Skins, Grilled Mahi Tacos, and Churrasco. Diners will also enjoy the restaurant’s beverage program that features tempting handcrafted cocktails that highlight a variety of tequilas and are made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients and juices.
"We always go there for a quick dinner, unfortunately yesterday took over 45 minutes to get a burger medium rare, this is not what I expected for them, usually 15 minutes is tops, there was no excuse (except the heat game was on) surely they are not providing service, our waiter was an ANGEL but the kitchen is a bit to SLOW."

"I enjoyed my veggie burger and the ambiance. There was a DJ spinning on this Thursday evening we were there. Not sure if this is the norm or because the Ultra Music Fest was in town. I was very noisy and I was having a hard time hearing my friend who I was catching up on lost time with. Our server was a little disconnected. Overall, it was a nice evening and the food was good."

"Even though the restaurant was half packed on this Saturday nite -- the service was inconsistent and spotty. My friends had to send back their burgers three (3) times.... Unacceptable at a place where Burgers are the marquee event. I had the chicken chipotle tacos and they were tasty -- not sure worth the $15 they charged. Glad I tried it, not sure I would go back"

"The food was fantastic, and the music that was playing had our party all swaying in our seats. Lots of fun! Big windows for people-watching, and food is reasonably priced for the area. I recommend the Happy Hour sliders--they even have a veggie version for those who would prefer to avoid meat. The espresso brownie sundae is amazing, and huge! It's definitely big enough to share. :)"

"Great place to grab a reasonably priced meal. Not amazing food but not horrible. Its in a good area and if you're not looking for 5-star dining it does the trick."

"The food was amazing. My group went there and shared a lot of the appitizers. The pork taquitos, sliders (we tried both the original and turkey) and pesto flatbreads were our favorites. The wasabi deviled eggs were good too, but I didn't taste much of the wasabi flavor. Our waitress was also amazing. She was incredibly sweet and even bought our bachelorette a drink to celebrate. We sat outside and had a great time people watching in Lincoln Square. It was a little chilly since we weren't wearing jackets, but our waitress made sure we stayed warm by turning on one of the patio heaters.I would highly recommend 5 Napkin Grill."

"Food was great and prices were reasonable. Also, great location with friendly and fast service. My only suggestion is to upgrade the seating and tables for a more comfortable experience."

"Prompted by the positive reviews, we tried 5 Napkin Grill for the first time last week. The pretzel bread appetizer was excellent, drink offerings were varied and inspired, tastey burger, although not as good as the juicy Shake Shack burgers. The atmosphere was unique, with what looked like meat scales and meat hooks hanging from the ceiling. We had a booth table by the windows, which allowed us to people watch. Our server was friendly, seemed genuinely happy to be there and knew the menu well. Overall a very good experience. We will be back!"

"Burger was good, but I have had better. A little disappointed. Guacamole appetizer was delicious. Server was attentive and friendly as was the hostess. I am offended by the inclusive tip on the bill. I understand, but am offended. I think servers suffer because of it."
