"If you were driving though the town of Yardville N.J. it would be easy to mistake this little gem of a restaurant for just another pizza place. Villaggio Iccara has a store front appearance that is very deceptive in that it hides a wonderful restaurant with outstanding food and excellent service. The food is fresh and flavorful with portions that make it nearly impossible to be a member of the "clean plate club" at a moderate price. The staff are well trained, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. From the linen tablecloths and napkins to the decor the ambience is quiet, relaxed and casual. Be sure to BYOB and enjoy some of the best Italian food there is in New Jersey."

"This was not the first time I've been to Iccara and it won't be my last. The food here is always cooked to perfection. It is served hot and timely. I've been here about 10 times and will go back another 10. The rizzotto is superb. It is attached to a pizzeria but the dining room is separated and artfully decorated. Make a reservation through OpenTable especially on weekends."

"We were looking for a restaurant that was that was a mid point location for a get together of friends who live in different locals of New Jersey. I went on line to open table and found Villaggio Iccara, that had gotten good reviews. It was our first time as well as our friends. Needless to say it was a huge hit. We liked the large dining room where we had a round table for six, the quiet atmosphere and above all the great food. The menu had quite a few choices besides the specials. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend this restaurant and as our group said it's a definite DO OVER!"

"Villaggio Iccara is one of our favorite places to eat. We go for lunch, dinners and birthday or anniversary parties. Our friends in the neighborhood (14 total) will often go as a group and we are never disappointed. The meals are excellent and so is their pizza. We love the soups that they offer and also the appetizers. I would recommend it to anyone, we even take our grandkids and they always find something to eat and enjoy."

"Met some friends here. It was delightful. The food was great, always fresh, service was outstanding. We were pretty packed in. Tables really close . So close that the people on either side leaned over and asked us what we were eating, but otherwise just wonderful."

"This was our first visit to Villagio Iccara. Found this restaurant through sheer happenstance and open table on our way home from Lambertville. Alex, our server, was excellent! So refreshing to find a friendly face after so many experiences with "snootiness" or inattentiveness we've had at other restaurants lately. And, of course, the food was outstanding! We will definitely return the next time we are out that way."

"We have been to Villaggio Iccara several times and the food has always been great. The menu is very diverse and we have found so many things we have wanted to try. Normally, I go to restaurants and find something I like and stick to it but at Villaggio, I know everything will be great so I have a different experience every time. It's nice to know that I can order new things with confidence instead of other places where I have to stick with the sure thing."

"The staff was warm and knowledgeable. We all had a wonderful meal and the food was delicious. I have always loved ICCARA and had not been in so long and was just as I remember wonderful. It is a BYOB and they will chill your wine and also allow you to bring homemade drinks in.

"We've been here at least 5-6 times now since being reccomended here by someone... Have never been dissapointed! First off, prices are great! Next, for a neighborhood Italian/Pizza spot, we have found the chef to be extremely creative and daring with the menu (specifically the specials) which is such a refreshing reprieve from the same old basics that are usually offered in similar styled restauraunts in the area. It is very obvious either the chef, or owner strives for perfection, has a true love for good food, and quality ingredients. I would not hesitate to bring my most respected dinner guests here on any night of the week. Weekends can be busy -reservations reccomended, but have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes."

"I made a reservation for 2 at 8:15. We arrived early (7:55) to check in and handed our bottle of wine to the host. He told us we were early and there would be nothing available until 8:15. We were satisfied with the situation and moved to the waiting area. A waiting area that had NO place for my pregnant wife to sit. As we waited several parties arrived including another couple who we spoke with and were told they also had an 8:15 reservation. They were sat before us around 8:15 and we sat at 8:25. There were several menu items no longer availalble. They lost our wine for the first 20 min we were sitting. The $40 veal chop was ok. My Wife's ravioli was great! We ate and ordered dessert including an espresso that was never served."
