"Any time I am in Boston I will have to come back it was that great! One thing is I expected more variety, I had heard there was chocolate soup and chocolate pizza maybe it just depends on when you go. The DJ was a nice touch too. I was even able to get in earlier than my original reservation time: Bonus points!"

"My wife and I went for the Saturday Chocolate buffet brunch. It was incredible - I've never seen so many chocolate pastries & desserts. It lives up to the hype, however, if you crave anything other than sweet, you will have to get it somewhere else!"

"What an amazing experience for the child in each and every adult. My friends and I had a beautiful time and for only being early 30's this was a very grown up event and occasion for us to be at while we celebrated an engagement. I hope to be back again next month as there were many novelties I could not fit in my belly that I missed out on. My friends and I woke up the next morning discussing what we wish had in front of us and what we are going back for. Our server was Francisco and we had great laughs with him and a certain genuine time! Thank you Cafe Fleuri and thank you to Francisco!!!!"

"About once a year we're in Boston and make it a point to do the Sunday Brunch. Never fails to please. Have no desire to try any other Boston Sunday Brunch. Jazz band adds a nice touch. This year the wait staff was a little slow on the coffee refills, but not tragically so. Will be back again whenever we have a weekend stay in Boston."

"We went for the jazz brunch on Sunday. It's a beautiful setting - spacious, well-lit and nicely decorated. The music was good, the food (open buffet) was good and varied. They had sushi, oysters, crepes, omelets, waffles, french toast, pasta, salad, fresh fruit, you name it. The freely flowing freshly-squeezed orange juice was really good. For a buffet the quality of food is high. My main complaint was that it was on the pricey side for brunch - with tip and tax it came to $70 each (and we didn't order alcoholic drinks)."

"Went for lunch during Restaurant Week. Service was fair. Staff did not seem to be interested or happy to be serving us. Although our reservation was at the beginning of lunch, our dessert course was very delayed. At the end when the server presented the check, there was a comment card for us to fill out, but the card was pre-filled out with excellent check marked throughout and only blanks for comments. Did they read my mind that everything was excellent? If so, they were wrong."

As you can imagine, it's very dessert heavy (although there was a crepe station) so if you're looking for an actual, typical brunch, this isn't necessarily the spot for you. "The food at brunch was wonderful, just what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the live music was so loud that the wait staff had to shout over it, and we had to shout over it to be heard (and we were around the corner from it, not right next to it). It's a beautiful room and a great spread, but we had come to celebrate something and REALLY WANTED TO BE ABLE TO TALK WITH EACH OTHER. After a while, the effort of trying to enjoy a meal and conversation just became too much and we left. Really, really too bad, as otherwise we would return for the food selection and the lovely room. Do people really want so much loud music at 11 on a Sunday morning? A soft, live piano or soft background music would be fine."

"We went to Sunday Brunch. It was completely worth the money. They had so many items to choose from and everything tasted so good it was hard to choose what to try and what to try next time.The band in the back ground added a nice level of noise without it being too loud. It was a really great place to go for a nice day out. They also have amazing red velvet cupcakes and beignets!"

"The chocolate buffet at the Cafe Fleuri is fabulous!! The selection numbered 110 desserts and included a station each for milk, white, dark and semi-sweet chocolate. There was another station for made-to-order crepes,ice cream sundaes, cotton candy, a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit, marshmallows, pretzels for dipping. There was the richest hot chocolate I have ever tasted as well as hot apple cider, tea, coffee, milk, etc. This is great for a special occasion, the staff is wonderful and the setting was fine for children. The only drawback in my opinion was the loud music being spun by a DJ. Turn it down a little & the entire experience would be outstanding."

"We enjoyed our Sunday jazz brunch at the Langham's Cafe Fleuri. There is a large buffet with numerous stations. My favorite was the Pasta Station were you could choose your own pasta, meats, vegetables, and sauces and the chef made it in front of you. There were also omelet, meat carving, and crepe stations. There was also a selection of desserts from the Chocolate buffet. The food, the selection available, the service from the wait staff and station chefs made our brunch a first class experience. We will definitely go back."

"In the past, Fleuri has been a fine, reliable business lunch spot. However over the past year or so, changes have taken place -- the menu has changed significantly, removing some salads, and with this visit, the service has deteriorated to something more akin to an Applebees that is having a bad day. It took almost 20 minutes to take our order, then over 25 minutes to serve our food (sandwiches and one salad -- easy, quick dishes). As Bond has meaningfully deteriorated over the past 2 years, Fleuri has now done so. This one comes out of the rotation."
