"We had reservations for Mother Day at 6:45pm got right in, they only offered the Mothers Day Special which was perfect. However the service was very slow we have been to the Raleigh Restaurant several times on Special Occasion and never had this kind of wait on our food.

"Generally fun time as usual, but we were seated in the little room to the left this time.. DON'T GO TO THE ROOM ON THE LEFT.. The room was awful hot and kept getting hotter and hotter, don't be seated in the little room off to the left... they do nothing to cool it off.."

"My fiancée and I head here every once in a while. Our families were out of town and they had an Easter special that was too good to pass up. Three-course meal and bottomless mimosas for less than 30 dollars per person. Food was to the same standard it always is. Our server was Aaron and it was at least our second time having him. He was charming, funny and quick with the refills (Which is especially nice when it's bottomless mimosas). We will be back!"

"Food was average to good, the best thing was the service. We had a very helpful, knowledgeable guy for a server. He took his time to answer all of our questions, make recommendations and make things enjoyable. Salad was great, appetizer just ok, main course fair to good. Dessert was great. Would go back again for the great service."

"Good place for any occasion. We make a point to eat here a few times a year, and this time was just as good as we remembered it always being. Great signature cocktails and the fun of fondue. Love how it makes you eat at the pace you should anyway! Would always recommend to anyone, just make sure you allocate the 2.5-3 hours needed for this dinning experience if you plan to have all four courses."

"When I made our reservations I mentioned that it was our first time dining at The Melting Pot and we were celebrating our 9th anniversary. We were seated at a private, intimate table. Our server cleverly made reference to our anniversary while explaining the menu and the fondue process. She recommended a perfect wine for our taste. The manager brought over an anniversary card which was a nice, personal touch. Our meal was both fun and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening!"

"We were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. We didn't have to wait at all when we arrived on time for our reservation. Even with a coupon it was still quite pricey but we left very full and satisfied. Not something we would do often but for a nice dinner it was worth it and it was fun. What was disappointing was to see how many people and kids out to dinner there in sweatpants. It is a nicer place than that. Also, we did feel a little rushed at times. It was good that she kept us on pace but she asked us three times if we looked at the dessert menu before we even finished our entree."

"One of the best things about the Melting Pot is the food, but the absolute best thing is the over the top service we always get there. We had a waiter that not only remembered us from a previous visit (about 4 months ago), but where we were sitting when he served us. Just great service overall. The food and especially the stuffed mushrooms never disapoint. Topping the night off with white chocolate fondue is the way to finish a great meal."

"For the most part, everything was great. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and very personable. Unfortunately, there came a time when we thought about walking out because he forgot about us for over 42minutes. When I'm spending over $200 for a meal, I want to know that I'm important. There are hundreds of other high end romantic restaurants I could have selected, but I opted to go with The Melting Pot because I've previously been and had a great experience. This will alter my decision making in the future."
