"The selection of food at Inde Blue is unbelievable. The fact that you can pick any dish and have it mild, medium or HOT is fantastic. The amount of food and the flavors are unmatched. I especially like to order the Tahli which comes in vegetarian, seafood or regular. This is a great way to taste two dishes and the accoutrements in one meal. Being a BYOB is also very helpful and the wait staff are fabulous. You never feel rushed or neglected and the owner is almost always on hand greeting and conversing with customers."

"The seafood Thali as an appetizer was a great way to start our experience. We then enjoyed the Salmon, Egg Plant and Spinach. The spices and textures were subtle yet rich and varied throughout the dishes. They did not overlap or taste the same. The food was light and very refreshing. The waiters could not have been more attentive and accommodating. We were the last dinners to leave."

"My daughter and I have been eating at IndeBlue for several years now. The food is always excellent. I have never eaten anything here that I didn't like. The first taste is always a wonderful experience to the tastebuds. For Mothers Day, Justin served us. "This is, bar none, our favorite restaurant. They do everything right. Service is reliable and friendly; servers are extremely well-versed in the menu. Prices are fair for what you get, and the food is just insanely delicious! The owners are always there and regularly interact with the patrons. I'm glad we're only a 15 minute drive, because I would easily drive an hour each way to eat here."

"This was our first time to this restaurant, and the first time that some in our party had indian food. The staff were extremely helpful in making recommendations that fit our varying preferences in foods and spiciness. The goose slider appetizer was very tasty, and the onion/potato shorba was also delicious. The novice members of our party opted for the mixed grill, which gave them a variety of taste experiences, and they really enjoyed their meal. The lamb dhansak (requested spicy) was very tender and spicy, as hoped for."

"We went for a girl's night out for a few of my girlfriend's birthday's. Two of us had never been here before. The service was great, atmosphere very loud that our throats hurt talking. The appetizers were great. We ordered three - a vegetable dish, spinach and potato. Loved them all. We all order medium spice for our entrees, but were very spicy that some were sweating. I'm not sure what hot would've been. Chocolate peanut butter ice cream for dessert was incredible and homemade. All in all, we'd go back again."

"Probably the best Indian restaurant in the area. The menu may include exotic specials such as bison meat and quail eggs plus the usual vindaloos and tekka masla. The somosa had more taste than most with a thinner crust than usual. The Kasmiri naan is highly recommended. There is a raised deck out front which is good for outdoor dinning in the warmer weather. On our visit there was live Indian music."

"I visited IndeBlue during restaurant week and I enjoyed the food and the music. Each item had it's own flair, with a dash of spice, but not overly spicy. I was a little disappointed at the scallops. I thought they were going to be much larger but there were only 3 little ones on the plate. The presentation of the dish was great. Overall, I enjoyed myself, the waitstaff was very knowledgeable of the selections and the music was good. The only suggestion would be to have a differnt location for the waiting area. It was getting pretty crowded and people were almost infringing on the dining area where others were enjoying their meals."

"I recently came here for the Collingswood Restaurant Week. I've been here a few times prior and always loved it. This is definitely one of my favorite Indian restaurants. Everything was delicious as I remembered. The spinach and chicken soup should be on the regular menu alongside the bison slider burger! However, my swordfish that was on the 4-course prix fixe menu was really really tiny and mushy. Everything else was great."

"This was not my first visit to IndeBlue, and it certainly won't be my last. The restaurant itself is lovely. The servers are friendly and very helpful, especially if you are unfamiliar with Indian cuisine, as my mother was when we recently went for Restaurant Week. The food...is quite simply wonderful. Whether dine in, or take out, the food is the best Indian I've ever eaten, and they are marvelous at altering the spiciness if your tastes are, let's say, less than adventurous. They have music on Tuesday and Thursday, but nice, background music. You don't need to yell at your dinner companion to be heard. I actually moved out of NJ into Delaware 7 months ago, and I have come back across the bridge more than once now just for IndeBlue."

"I've been dining at Inde Blue for nearly 4 years. My hubby & I always get the Lamb Dakshini...until last night. I had the pleasure of going two nights in a row and decided to stray from my usual. No matter what I taste, whether its on my plate or a friend's, the food is the awesome. I love that I can get gluten-free and dairy-free food and don't feel like I have to sacrifice great taste. Rakesh & Heahter do an outstanding job along with their staff in making you feel at home. Inde Blue is my all-time favorite restaurant."
