"I went with a girlfriend for brunch and was very pleasantly surprised. Aesthetically the space is very nice and the service was outstanding. It wasn't crowded while we were so I can't really attest to the noise level, but I can assume that if it's full it may be very high energy. Definitely a place I would return for brunch and even see what the late night vibe is like."

"Their burger was incredibly fresh and delicious. It wasn't fried and it had great flavor. Veggie burgers are a challenge and this place has really got it right! The truffle fries were terrific too! Service with a smile definitely a bonus!"

"Plenty of TVs and some big cushy booths or high top tables and average to good sports bar food, but the service (at least in our one experience) was sporadic. I think our server moved to a different area of the sports bar without a handoff to anyone else. Yes i said sports bar - an upscale one for sure, but there's no other way to describe it."

"Very very bad service. There were four of us, and all of the food came out except for one salad. Waitress did not apologize, did not come back to the table to update us, and the salad never came! Will not be going back."

"The food was good - not great. Was disappointed in the roasted beet salad. It was more like an arugula salad with some beets - they were definitely not the star of the dish. I had braised short ribs that were good. My dining partner had sesame crusted tuna that came with a "soba" noodle salad - they were not soba noodles, pretty much it was spaghetti noodles but it was tasty."

"While our waitress may not have been the best, the manager seemed to notice. He came over to talk about what our service was like and brought over a round of mimosas to try to compensate. We've been to Ainsworth multiple times - first time for brunch - and while we will probably return, it won't be for brunch."

"My friends and I went to the Ainsworth as we had heard it was one of the few sports bars in the city. It was an awful experience. The Big East tournament was going on so it was a fair assumption the sound for the game would be on, instead they just blasted music. Despite having many tv's in the restaurant, the hostess found a way to sit us in front of a tv that was turned off and then acted very annoyed when we politely requested to have a table in front of the tv. Before the game was even over, we were repeatedly told we needed to leave to make room for another reservation."
